Four Fountains De Stress Spa - Aundh - Pune

Centres are shut. Other branches don’t give service. Membership bills are without brand name. Other centres blame you for accepting such bills which were given by one of their centres. Will never visit four fountains. Highly disappointed.

At the name of therapist they provide me untrained and street labour type guy and when I refused to take massage they didn't refund at all and misbehaved as well.

These people are robers. My membership ended during covid time. I had mailed them to put my membership on hold. When I went now they said they gave me an extension of 6 months. I was not informed that my membership was ending neither they informed about the extension. Now they say membership has expired and my money is gone.wasted 4500 to these cheats

Their centers are losed. The one which are operating don't pick up phones. Their is no customer services no. And if you email them they will not revert . It is just a waste of money . They will not refund your money and also will not provide any services.

Very bad experience... Our previous money is with them.. they say they are giving a specific type of massage but they give a very normal massage and cost high than others..

Very rude employees and unprofessional.

Should close down this branch.

Towels were smelly and there were cockroaches in the room.

Utter hopeless.

Never visit this place. I got a severe allergy. They had replaced my premium rosemary oil with cheap nilgiri oil it was not only stinky but also expired. When I asked the massage girl, she asked me to get up and go. They are doing some fraud business of oils. NEVER VISIT

Ive had a harrowing experience with Four Fountains De Stress Spa, Wanwadi, Pune.

My pre-paid appointment was cancelled due to the lockdown. On reopening, about 4 months later, when I called to enquire about my refund, they refused to refund saying this wasn’t as per their company policy and insisted I get a reschedule and get a spa service done. I looked up their website and found there was absolutely no such term in their terms and conditions about not paying back refunds. When I argued stating the same and helplessly emailed whatever contact emails I could find and said that I can’t be forced to risk my life and health in this pandemic, I received a response saying I’d get a refund within 7 working days. It has been more than 2 months now, and I haven’t received my money yet. I’ve sent follow up emails and made frantic calls, to no avail. I received an email a month ago from them, claiming that they have already refunded the amount. Since I couldn’t see the credit to my account, I asked for the transaction reference number, after which they haven’t responded till date. I have now reported this on Consumer Forum and hope I get my money back. I would never recommend this absolutely unprofessional place to anyone, henceforth. If I could’ve, I would’ve submitted this review without a single star, since they don’t deserve even half. Be wary.

This spa has poor customer services management team because when they organize events and make the viators of the spa to wait, they start ignoring calls and messages from them.

Four Fountains De, Stress Spa, Sadashivanagar, Bangalore has massages that are less then average. It is their staff that is unprofessional. The spaces inside the spa rooms are very narrow and exhausting.
