We, a group of 19 senior citizens, left Kochi on February 10, 2025, for Ayodhya, Varanasi, and Bodh Gaya tour, which consisted of 5 nights and 6 days. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the important places such as the Ayodhya Ram Temple and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi due to the heavy crowd, and had to return after visiting other places in the itinerary.

When this company were charting this tour in February, they certainly knew that there would be a lot of crowds in Ayodhya and Varanasi due to the ongoing Kumbh Mela function, and it would be difficult for the elderly to visit these temples during crowded time. Yet, this travel company, which was greedy for profit, completely cheated us by organizing a tour during this period for the elderly and could not visit important worship places of Ram Temple, Ayodhya and Kashi Viswanath Temple, Varanasi. In short, it was a tour without proper planning and we had to face lot difficulties several places due to heavy traffic congestion.

In addition, the company charged different amounts for the tour package to many travellers. Knowing the huge crowd at the place being visited, this company, which consciously organized such a tour, did not give any importance to the hardship and financial loss of others except for their own profit. I have done many group tours in out of India as Group tour but this is the first time in my 25 years of travel history that I have had such a bad very experience. I am posting this information here so that others do not have to face such a tragic experience again.

The trip was well managed, and concluded as per schedule.

Food, accomodation and guidence were well cordinated and were as stated in the itenary.

We have a word of great appreciation to the Tour Manger Mis: Abhirami, for her ability to manage a team with great patience and responsibility, at this young age.

We will look forward to do more trips in future.

I didn´t get my suitcase by flying to Singapore with fortune tours. After the travel I wrote a compensation application to the office in Trivandrum. From there I didn´t get a reaction to my form. There was no information and assistance about the correct procedure. After writing a letter by myself I got the answer that it is to late to file the case.

Fortune Tours is after ur money as far as u travel with them but there is no assistance if u have some problems.
