They says they are the no.1 in Kerala with accreditation with Kerala tourism department of Kerala. so we booked a packaged trip to Ninital . the pick up and to air port Delhi, 3/4 star accommodation in Jim Courbet, Kausini, and Bimtaal and Delhi was offered on 3 occupant / room. and air conditioned traveler of 12 seats were also provided.

so we booked this trip and reached Delhi on 11th April 2018 5;30 am. Nobody was there to receive or guide us when called travels they asked to make your own arrangements in refreshing at airport. around 7.00 am an old man with a cart came, an arrogant guy took us to Jim khobert. no breakfast were arranged anywhere, so we quarrel with him and stopped in Ghaziabad. as all aware full dust in Delhi roads, the driver did not put A/c. so we quarreled with him,

some how switched on it, so vehicle struct work on ac. somehow travel starts and driver starts slleping on drive. the only hindi known traveller asked him toi stop vehicle as we were in fear, took rest fro 30 minutes and re started.

reached Jim khorbett in the evening and stayed in hotel.

next day safari conducted, and started to kausini, driver dint know the routes, places to go what to see there only drives vehicle. reached kausini at 10.00 om with very cold and no food. nothing seen there, except a sun rise, travelled to Bhimtaal and reacd at 4;30 stayed in green wood resorts. very nasty and bad maintained hotel under renovation. unhealthy dinner, no water served in table when asked this they told this is complimentary.

no arrangements to visit ninital as no heavy vehicle permitted to ninital. so we hired 2 innova costs 7000 for sigh seeing in ninital, no responsible person attended there too. while back to delhi dropped us to hotel in delhi and cart and driver escaped, so afetr fight hotel manager arranged cart to airport. extra cost around 27000 than ofeered
