Flaberry

I ordered a basket of roses and 4 Cadbury chocolates. Received a bouquet tied in a paper and 2 Hershey's chocolate. They justified not sending basket saying baskets are not available in imphal and refused to accept that only 2 chocolates were sent.

I’m extremely thankful for Flaberry since there weren’t any other services available in the area.

Initially I was very concerned because of the reviews given here, but Flaberry proved me wrong! The flowers were beautiful and chocolates were good!

I am having very bad experience with my order placed on 27th May 2023. I recived completely spoiled cake. I placed one order but I see three orders pending in my account. No message was written on the cake. Moreover there is no option for feedback of the service .I have paid Rs.1399 which is complete waste of money. Attached is the screenshot of the cake.

Overall it is very very poor experience I had with this order. The where is no response to the mail I have sent to the customer care service.

They showed one price on the website, as soon as it got in the cart, the price suddenly went up a lot and since we did not catch it, we were charged a lot more for a vase. And in the end there was no vase with the order. Just two thin unstable drinking glasses. The flowers were okay but this rip-off needs to stop. Their customer service is non-existent and no one replies to email or whatsap. I will never order from Flaberry again.

DO NOT order from FLaberry. The picture they post on their site is completely different to what they actually send. The flowers, colours nothing matches. They send cheap flowers that are already wilted and noone from customer service even bothers to reply to emails. I sent about 10 emails and got nothing back. They did not refund anything and did not even apologize. use Flower Aura or Ferns and Petals - NEVER use this company! WORST company and WORST customer service.

I ordered orchid and ferrero rocher choclate, they delivered red roses and dairy milk chocolate instead and that too one day late. They ruined the occasion. Never order from them they are fraud and no proper customer care number also.

Ordered a cake and bouquet for my fathers bday . The. 1st pic with Lilly’s is what I ordered and they delivered the one in the 2nd pic . It was not even properly arranged and it was in a plastic bottle . Will never order from them . Please don’t order from them .

Product not delivered . I have paid Rs.1297 for that . Delivery suppose to happen today i.e 11.11.2021 before 11 am at marriage function hall Vemulawada, Siricilla dt, Telangana. Money also not refunded to me.

Cheating people and indulging in fraudulent activities . This is fraud company, Do not order products thru Flaberry site. 100% fraud site. they will loot your money. Be careful.

I ordered a bunch of yellow flowers to be delivered and instead they change the order at their end without taking my confirmation or informing me via call and delivered the cake which i really dint wanted.Most pathethic and worse service.They dont even call once to discuss or inform about anything, no support number nothing.Wont suggest anyone to go for flaberry.

I ordered a Bonsai plant to be delivered to my parents for their anniversary. I ordered the most expensive bonsai in a flat ceramic pot. The idiots delivered a ficus plant in a dirty black plastic pot. It’s not even worth 500/- They charged me 3200/-. There customer service is useless and does not respond.

I placed an order of a cake with flabbery and got a cake which is not at all related to what I ordered, I contacted the delivery person then came to know someone asked him to deliver a cake and google payed money which is 1/4 the worth of the money I payed online, the cake I got was from some home made bakers, please don't take orders if you can't deliver it

Wonder how this website is appearing number 1 on Google?? I had the most pathetic experience with respect to the flower bouquet I'd ordered. It looked like some cheap bunch with flowers all crushed together and stems cut very short. It would have been most embarrassing to gift that to someone. I wish I had read the other review earlier and never ordered from here. And yes they have no customer care number!! Fraud!

I ordered for 499 they are just not ready to refund because they are unable to send my order or should I say they are even not working.

OVERCHARGED, NOT ON TIME, NOT FRESH FLOWERS, NOT EVEN THE MESSAGE ON THE CARD WAS CORRECT.
