Very worst experience. They contact you through consultants. Consultants agree for hike percentage you ask for. After clearing all the rounds HR from first source again will call and negotiate your pay. Will never recommend to anyone. Will give 0 if there is an option

It's not a Corporate company it's a school with many Mangers and HR Team. I worked more than 4 years. Nothing happened in my career as a growth part.

I have worked here more than 3 yrs ...trust me this is the last company you should work on earth..

Zero knowledged unprofessinal Managers will threaten Bully you. They only support peoples from their native place and language.

Less pay and more work ..max they will give u 300 /- bucks as yearly increment.

Sexual Harrassments cases no action taken on senior executives as they know process. And managers threaten the victims to terminate them for carrer if you decide to speak out issue..

HR team they dont even exist .they only show up on your enter and exit .

Dont ever step in to this Hell ....

The worst company i worked in my life, they put core principle board on wall stating people centric and people first and the hr team and managment is really worst, they stand loyal only to managment not for employee, they dnt know how to take care of employee, just money from client is all they want, i want to ask the company to remove all the board of core principles and values beacuse it happens is opposite..

In my Carrier this is a company which I can say not even 0 rating deserve for all department. There is no employee concern, problem like salary , OT, HR, transport, admin andrest rooms. Specifically transport team it make feel admin are only for designation but not meant for work. And HR after many follow up also they will not come solve query. Small enterprises are best than this.

I HAD JOINED FOR US PROCESS BUT LEFT AFTER MY FIRST PAYOUT AS THEY WANTED ME TO WORK FOR AUSTRALIA AND SAID I HAVE AGREED TO WORK FOR ANY DEPT WHEREAS I HAD SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED THAT i will work FOR US AND NO OTHER PROCESS.

FULL OF LOSER FROM TRAINERS TO AM TO DGM.

IT LOOKS LIKE AS IF EVERYONE IS COMING FROM SLUMS.

PEOPLE WITH NO SELF RESPECT WILL WORK HERE

If you are tired of being in heaven join this hell.I had such a bad experience in firstsource .Please dont join this company .They treat employees like slaves . They never give breaks .We have to manage everything within 1 hr of breaks .In case if we have completed 1 hr break we are not supposed to go fr bio breaks telling tat time bound is only 1 hour . I hated my life after joining here . Not even 6 months I stayed in this company . So guys be careful before joining this company .

My cobrother who was an ex-employee of Firstsource Solutions Ltd. didn't receive his PF amount from the PF department of Firstsource. He visited Firstsource office several times and was told, "We have sent it to Head Office and from Head Office your document will be forwarded to PF Office".However, they were unable to provide the Proof of Delivery details to my cobrother. After that, his calls were not picked up by PF department of Firstsource.My cobrother tagged the grievance on EPF India website followed by resolution that PF Office had not received the PF/Pension claim against his PF Account till date from Firstsource.A complaint finally was forwarded to the Provident Fund Commissioner by my cobrother against the cheaters of this company.

Very negative and partial attitude of the team managers and team leads. My team lead was a 12+ pass, he used to pronounce Ask as Aks, not once but always. They are uneducated and use all sorts of cunning games to eradicate competition. All sorts cunning politics, dirt games by the team leads, management and HR management will destroy the health and the hard earned education. By the time I resigned the company, the negative climate of company made me loose the love for life. I forgot words called ambition and aspiration. The HR management is pathetic, right from hiring, training, employee values and exit policy.

The management of the Firstsource is not so good. Poor work environment. Mostly, Team Leaders are not as friendly as they should have. They don't worry for the employees care. As per my experience if any person who want to join firstsource who should find all other companies to be fist preference rather than firstsource.

I joined this company in late 2012 at vashi location and after a couple of month the company shifted to airoli so I continued there for 3 years. The company was good. Selection process was very nice and quick. The did not waited me long to give me an offer letter. I loved the location in vashi as compared to airoli still airoli was not bad. Environment was employee friendly with good staff and yes, the most important thing the salary. It was on time and incentive payout structure was excellent.

It's safe company for ladies, transport was good, you get peanuts in hand as salary, 5 years ran easily but when I turn back I regret wasting my time in this company as there is no growth and never earned anything hardly to save but not everybody is fool like me that's all I can say , now it's difficult to find a job with high salary

Hello all, here I am writing about my own experience of working with Firstsource Solutions Ltd located in Ecospace Tech park, Bangalore.

I was a part of the chat support team and we were working for SKY UK. Sky is one of the Greatest Service provider of UK and it provides Telephone, Broadband and TV services. When I was offered the joining letter I was told that we will get enough training and will get time to get a hands on the keyboards for sending a better response to the customer connected.

But for the surprise the training was only for 12 days and we were sent for production that means to take chats. I still remember our new team had 22 members and there were only 2 seniors alloted to help us with the queries. There was lot of chaos on the floor as each and every one were in need of assistance. The only answer that we used to get was "use your brains and make the customer to wait for some time on chat by using some of the cheesy lines". Definitely the chats were going for more than 10 minutes as there was lack of support and to add on the situation the work flow management people use to shout from the other end and will ask to END THE CHAT ASAP. This whole situation continued for more than 2 weeks until all of us got used to the chats.

The things that made our life worst on the floor:

> No proper assistance.

> Lack of systems.

> Work pressure was too high. Sometimes they made us to take 3 chats at a single time with all different kind of issues like Technical, billing or installation at the same time.

> The Managers and the Process Managers were very arrogant and most of them were seeing making groups according to the state they came from.

> Salary was too less in comparison to the work load.

Now something about JOB SECURITY which is not at all present. If you pin point any of the flaw in the system you will become the target and they will surely remove you from the process.

The only thing that was good about Firstsource Solutions Ltd was that they had two Cafeterias which atleast provided good food and also I was happy with the Cab services.

The security guards were much more courteous that the Managers and the Team leads.

Definitely a worst place to work.

Hello guys I was worked here for about 2 years and this is the company I have ever worked in my eternity life. The salary and benefits are very low according to there work .The senior's here don't want to do anything, when you ask for help it seem's like the end of the world for them and there is no work and life balance as I worked there in split shift for so many months in there. There is no job security in this company they can kick you out whenever they want and the carrer growth and promotions are very low and they play politic's for the promotion's seat. The work environment there is very harsh and pressurised that you are working like a labour in there.

I had a very Bad experience with FIRSTSOURCE Solutions Ltd. The total time period that I have worked for them is around 1 Year and 9 months.

Things were really good initially but as time passed I felt that I was at the wrong place. First of all pathetic salary structure in comparison with the work load. I was working for UK process SKY BB and TV.

3 different chats at time can you believe. Resolving 3 different queries for three customers, taking 3 different names, Thanking and apologizing at the same time. Are we robots that everything we can handle perfectly.

The Process Managers and the HR at FIRSTSOURCE thinks that no body is better than them. Literally speaking they have ZERO knowledge about process, but keep hunting for SCORES and CSATS.

I was indeed promoted as the SENIOR ASSOCIATE but what I got an increment of INR 350 per month. You have tried hard to maintain your stats for a YEAR and after long torture of your Team leads and HR and Managers you get only 350. This is not acceptable.

I would like to reveal one more secret about FIRST SOURCE. They are community Specific. They have two Groups of TAMILS and Keralaits. If we fall in these two categories its okay that means we can manage all the things by having a chat with the superiors.

If now be ready to face the consequences.

Work Environment is something that I liked really. Systems were always available and well maintained. The food courts were indeed great.

Also the best part when the Clients visit the office everything changes. The superior gives instructions to the advisors that needs to be followed. There are many reports that gets manipulated as well.

Absolutely no growth at all. After 5 years also you will see yourself at the same level may be some 1000 rupees of salary hike. And also the last point there is no JOB SECURITY. If you try to point out the WRONG THINGS you will be asked to leave as some UNEDUCATED so called Managers rule there.

They will threaten you to come work even though a person's father passed away they never gave a single day of leave and they threatened me not to give any relieving letter because 30 candidates wanted to resign the job together.

They will make a person login for 10 hrs in a day they give u break only for 45mins at the beginning of the shift after that we are not even supposed to use washrooms

I have worked in firstsource for mire than a year in both domestic and international BPO . In both place company concentrate in their employee however, the management is worst all both end. they do no care what your query and not solve it.

All say that firstsource is employee centric company but I have seen that employees resign due to poor management and not other incentives which was used to be there when I was working . They closed all incentives plans . Most people resign due to manager bad behaviour . I will never go to that company again

I will not say that I hated working in firstsource but there was some drawback I was in a process called foxtel it was auzi process but according to the salary they pay there was too much work pressure plus it a early morning shift other then its a wholesome place to work the environment is good and friendly so its nice.

The management is friendly although that totaly depends on the process you are working for but one thing I really hated about this company they let us go after the process was shut down they didn't move us to a different process it was really crappy of them there ware a lot of employes was unemployed and it took a while to get into a new places.
