They have enough staff to take your money but processing, or shipping your order - forget it! WORST Customer Service EVER! They will just ghost you and keep your money. FILA= FRAUD

This isn't a review of FILA products but of their fraudulent sales practices and complete lack of customer service.

Save some stress and order elsewhere.

Go three stripe and save the frustration!

I put an order on on 12/11/22. They sent me an email notification 5 days later apologizing for the delay in shipping. Two in a half weeks later 12/27 my items still have not shipped. Never replied to my email and never returned my call. This is ridiculous. These items were meant for Christmas. A charge back is coming there way.

Fila is a horrible company I purchased some shoes to my prevail that was the wrong size The shoes were nice but they sent me the wrong size once I realized it with a couple of weeks have passed I tried to notify customer service they said it was outside of their return policy and plus it was on a discounted format so I wouldn't be able to return it this is unacceptable as a business only thing I want it was a different size I wouldn't returning it to be returning it for my money back everyone nowadays is about the dollar learn to treat customers like you will want to be treated being that we spending our money with your company we start spending our money with your company there's no more company remember that service comes first money will always follow

I did purchase item on sale order number FA30452 and they canceled my order by saying out of stock but its still showing same items with high price its really bad customer service they have a stock but also they canceled my orders

It didn't met my expectations, i expect the pant are thick and nice quality. But not I bought 3 pants and it's very thin not worth paying 60 dollars each , very very poor quality. Kmart pants have a better quality than this.

I found this to be an average shoe, comfortable, good looking, value for money Shoe fabric is fine, stitched well. Fila shoes is a trustful and old company which is trusted by the customers.

Fila shoes are nice. I like the cool and classy designs. They provide wide range of amazing designs. Not so affordable but good shoes at this price range ok ok product.

I have ordered one pair of shoes for me, but shoes are very dirty and they smell disgusting... Also they have sent me the wrong size.. now I'm continuously messaging them for exchange/refund... But they are not replying... When I approached them to order shoes they responded immediately..but now they are ignoring my messages. Please help me out.. and refund my money or exchange with the real size because wrong shoes are useless for me. I will take action against you, I will tell this to consumer court. You just wait and watch.

It's not a bad brand. But it seems to me that when you buy Fila clothes or shoes, we no longer pay for quality or durability, but for the brand itself and the ability to wear it. This allows such sensational companies to put such prices on not very high quality stuff.

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I have purchased two pairs of Fila Motor Sports Shoes which costed me Rs- 3899/- each from Sarath City Capital Mall(Hyderabad) 07 months back(i.e., on 19/02/2019). Now the sole got copletely torn away. I tried to contact the FILA Store and they are not even suggesting me the solution for the incident happened. I did not even use those shoes roughly/for a long duration.

I can't imagine that a top brand shoes like FILA can have such a low quality products. Even a vehicle tyre which costs 50% of the price point that of these shoes will last over 2 years even at the extreme conditions like rains, rocks, uneven roads etc.,

I was about to order another one(or) two pairs of FILA shoes from AMAZON(GREAT INDIAN FESTIVAL) or FLIPKART(BIG BILLION DAYS).

So, please provide me the solution regarding the issue or else I would not purchase any product and would not let my family members and friends to buy the FILA Brand products.

I love FILA shoes, if I need anything I always buy from them, for me their shoes are the best, when I first discovered them I didn't expect them to be so comfortale and of a good quality. Their customer service is actually helpful and so far I never had any problems with them. The designs are very nice and I like the variety. Thanks! keep up the good work!
