Useless service. Delivery dont expect. No proper communication. Any item no stock. Like masaladosa taking advance then only start manufacturing. Website one product showroom different item. Nobody knows which is discounted model. Kerala only one dealer he is full comedy. Useless and hopeless people. Bangalore and Kerala delears spoiled the good brand featherlite. Now we ordered 30 days over yestrday we called they forgot all. Only Price telling one ruppes they wont reduce. Still worst service
Chairs need high maintenance, Sales executives in Noida behaves like king, sits on papers after receiving the advance.

Hi, my humble request to all, do not shop in Featherlite, Millers road outlet, even after 15 days of making payment I have not received my goods, I have been following it up daily, they are really good in telling stories when ever we call. They Not professionals , horrible experience I have faced. Please buy your furniture in other shops.
I am calling every day from last one week to the service team - Bangalore Branch, but nobody reponded properly, very pathetic service.
Never go for featherlite, recently received damaged and used parts. Its delivered 15 days late and most of the parts are damaged. I have ordered 15 tables.

Mr. Prakash, Featherlite Executive in Chennai will be good untill we buy the product.
Post that, he will not answer the calls and will not organise for installation.
I picked up a chair and I have never come across such unprofessional behaviour . Mr. Prakash has no clue about the status of service and has no commitment towards getting things done. He has no regard for the customers and the brand he sells. Service counts and I would not recommend a product that offers no service.
I have bought a chair from Marathahalli featherlite. checked the sample chair and the chair which needs to be delivered was covered in plastic and kept in my car. Came home and checked the cloth of the chair is teared. Took photos and sent to the showroom and they say could be damaged while travel. I showed the photos of plastic cover which was wrapped on the chair and the cover is intact.
The showroom person is not ready to respond and not ready to replace the chair.
In case if you are buying any furniture, kindly double check it and dont trust the showroom guys.
They just want to make profits and sell the faulty and damaged furniture.
Delivered a wrong table and then it was very hard to contact their support as they would say concerned person is not at office. Finally when I called them 3-4 times and upon asking for refund they asked for bank details but on further follow up no response was received from them. I would say not worth buying their products and wasting time and money there.
I purchased 902 model, 2 seater+1 seater sofa set from Featherlite Marathahalli Living store via electronic payment on April 11th 2018. Product had defects that could not be fixed by the company after two repair attempts. After several discussions, the company took responsibility and gave a full refund.
Buying furniture online had always been a confusing affair for me. Recently, I purchased Anatom High Back chair from Featherlite’s online store. The product is of best quality and was delivered in a matter of 3 days. Though the site does not come with many offers but the products are really good, made with best quality.
The delivery took some time but everything was quite perfect. What was really nice that they called up a day before to confirm the availability and then accordingly they delivered.

This Optima chair I bought from Featherlite is literally PAIN IN THE ASS! uncomfortable is the least I can say. There are thousands of other chairs for a fraction of this piece of crap. Be warned DO NOT buy this else you shall regret. I bought it from the main shop in Mysore paid about 25K! I must say by far this is the worst product I have bought ever! period never ever will buy anything of this brand for sure
I bought one Amaze chair online, They delivered me different one what I saw vasant nagar Bangalore showroom.
This chair is so uncomfortable that cant even sit for a hour, material is used is very poor.
When contacted customer care, forget they will never pick your call but called back in response of my email and it was disappointing, once item sold even it is wrong cant help.

Happened to see the featherite chair ads online when I was about to start my new company last month. Must say that I don't regret taking a quick decision of buying them at all.
They are really comfortable and good looking. A friend recommended these when I was looking for good office furniture. They are really seems comfortable and good looking. They are really comfortable, planning to buy a few more.
Don't fall for the bad reviews.- Before buying new chairs for my office I came went through both good and bad reviews for Featherlite. Never the less I bought them and I am not at all dissatisfied with the experience. Awesome chairs!
Thank you Featherlite! Me & my best friend are setting up a small office for our personalised confectionery store. The Featherlite showroom in Vasanth nagar is close to our office so went there. They not only had corporate looking chairs but also vibrant and colourful ones. We were really happy with the overall experience.
