I had such a bad experience with fastway so wanted to share.

I have payed the full amount for 6 month package and they disconnected after 5months only. When asked from customer care, they are not ready to address and resolve this issue online.

I tried contacting the local operator, he started manipulating me by giving other person contact number for problem solving but it didn't end here.

They all have started ignoringmy calls now.

I have shared the complete story to helpline through call and mail both. To this day, i am waiting for someone to resolve this issue.

Please do not waste your money and time in fastway. HIGHLY recommend not to opt for any of their services.

No use at all.. cable operators r nt listening either... worst experience.. thats the only money mking business run by badals... to eat our money in other way.. not good services of cable n internet..i cannot use profanity otherwise i will abuse them like a hell. Fastway customer cares operators are not providing satisfactory service. I apply for landline telephone with wifi. They said start working in 24-48 hours. But now 4 days are gone. Not working at all. Very poor service provided by them. They said copied words. Start in 24-48 hours, 24-48 hours, 24-48 hours. Shame on them. Very Very worst service provided by them.

Even after making 6 month advance payments, every month 57 days they turn off the cable, turn on the cable by phone, I request everyone not to install fastway cable and itv box, ? bad

Fastway cable services are really worse. Service providers take our money for the channels on time but they don’t deposits to the channel owner on time that’s why we always face issue to watch paid channels. Highly not recommended fastway. Now we took a new connection with tatsky.

Absolutely naive and rubbish cable tv service provider. Had posted a simple request to upgrade my Set top box from SD to HD as I bought a new TV which only supports HD.

The customer care executive told me that it'll cost 700 rupees and it'll be done very easily in 2-6hours same day. When no one contacted me, I called again, they said max time is 48 hrs. Now, after 48 hrs, no one has come and I called them again, they are asking me to wait for 48 hours more.

Moreover, the SMS that they share about the technician details who will visit you has no idea about it and denies duty.

Can this company get any more unprofessional?

Tata Sky is much better. Only getting this cause my parents want to see local devotional channels.

Extremely bad services . Pls don't take there connection . The whole month connect doesn't work and then they send there executives for rent collection. Not even single star they deserve .

Fastway is one of the leading cable operators in india.But there service is worse.I was a fastway user and uses their services for almost an year.Their picture quality is not good and the worst part is they cant adjust the channels to our requirements I cantacted my local fastway operator he say if you want to change the channels you should call the fastway care and gave me a number when I call on that number the fastway care staff put my call on hold and doesnt reply me for a long timeThen I disconnect the phone and call again they did it again.And the quality of their set top box is also bad my set top box broke after I accidently drop it from a very low height.And when I ask the local operator to change it the operator took 5 days to gave me a new set top box.Fastways signal was very sensitive even after a little bit of rai there signal got lost.I feel a lot of issues regarding fastway and then I shifted to tata sky.Tata sky is really good it makes my life go jingalala.The quality of tata sky is far better then fastway.Fastway should work on their services to make it more user friendly.

One of the worse cable providers in Ludhiana. Every time I rang the customer care they have just one answer we are facing technical problems. That local guy named “Jangra Cable” from shimlapuri through who we are getting this service is not even responsive to my messages. Unbelievable

Very bad service . I got a New Box at the time of connection. after 1 year I have relocated to new address . they replace my new box witth some old one and took 300/ rs . this box was faulty and was not working properly, its stopped working after 6 months . Now thy again demainding 300 Rs to replace the box.

And have very rude behavior! I am just waiting for Reliance to come in the market .90% of fastway people will more there
