Faber Fwp Casper Plus Ro + Uv Water Purifier

Stopped working in 6 months .

Indicator light stopped working.

After dozens of calls to the dealer and 15 days later, the technician arrives.

Spare parts not available and ordering wl take 1 week for replacement he said.

A week later, found out that it hasn't even been ordered and they keep playing with Today Tomorrow it will be done excuse.

Very pathetic state of after sales service

I am very disappointed because I can't give 0 or negative stars. I want to give more negative stars for these people. I called the Pune-based customer care 7 times in 15 days, but they showed no responsibility. After using the fiber for only 4 months, we had to call someone else, pay a service charge, and get it repaired. It's good for nothing. Don't buy Fiber products. I only trust the water purifier now because the same issue happened at my relative's home in DC last year. Thank you.

We bought this Faber water purifier and within 8 months of purchase I have a series of problems, I have already spent more than 5k on these spares and still the issue is not solved.

Customer service, worst experience. Service technician who comes he's more concentrated on billing rather than resolving the issue.

Please avoid this worst product and go for well know Indian purifiers.

Bought Faber RO Neutron plus in July 2022.

It is expensive one, costed me 12k+. Within few months adapter stop working suddenly.

When contacted customer care, they send executive after 2-3days. He tried to fool me, putting used adapter, when I asked he said I have only this with me. I asked Get NEW ONE and then come.

He came and resolved the problem in approx 10-12 days.

Ye sab warranty period me haal hai. I bought bottles in all these days. AND Now adapter blow up this time while I was working in kitchen. Would like to tell u that I asked my electrician to come and check this socket, which is perfectly all right. Why Faber Claim so much when they have just poorest customer care.?

I m fed up within 6months.

Local liya hota toh ab tak das baar executive aake change karke jata. FABER As a RO Service total fail hai. All the housewives who think faber brand hai toh le lete hai, mat lena.bilkul mat lena.
