Service for Faber Glass top stove, purchased form Vijay Sales, It is disgusting and pathetic. Just after 4 months, Faber glass top cracked and busted the glass all over, all of sudden. It is under warranty and they accepted and promised but nothing happened so far.It is more than 16 days, no support, no resolution from Faber end. "No class, worst service" from Faber . Finally we had to purchase another stove. We are still waiting on them.


Be Cautious! . Think 4 times before you purchase Faber stove and then - don't go for it.

We got our stove 3 years ago and it's glass broke just some days ago and we call for service and they say it's 400 for complaint so don't buy this product at all. Why complaint charge when you didn't even know the problem with your product

I had purchased a Faber gas stove (toughened glass) a year ago.I went for this particular brand, with only this conviction- it's a well known brand and have been pioneers whereas the others have just made a foray into this sector (Prestige and the likes).


I was completely mistaken. On completion of a year of its usage, I see a certain section below the gas stove has rusted.I was shocked and angry.I get to see this after paying 16 k for the gas stove. The gas stoves where I had paid only 5000 had never had any issues.


I called the customer service, they say that I have to shell out 1000 rupees for fixing it.


Now the small burner too is not working.


This is my first purchase which has gone bad.


Why charge 16 k for a product when it's not worth even paying 2k?Where is your accountability?Why are you fleecing customers?


Hard earned money going down the drain!!!!


The main reason for writing this is to make others aware about this and help them make informed choices.

I have brought HOB and Chimney three months back. But I have a worst experience with HOB. Burners Knobs are are not smooth and not working properly. I have made complaint to customer care for four times and outlet aswell. They have responded but still knob is not functiong sommothly. Over and above auto ignition is not functioing properly. The technician came to house and did something but sill it is not functioing. I have to use Gas lighter for to start burner. Iam facing the same problem from past 3 months. after continuous followups and repeated requests also issue was not resolved by Faber. I have requested outlet for replacment of product and their response is also very poor

I have brought HOB and Chimney one year back. But I have a worst experience with HOB. Burners are Cut-off automatically. Iam facing the same problem from past 7 months. after continuous followups and repeated requests also issue was not resolved by M/s Faber team.They have changed spares also. but still issue was not resolved. Faber team is not responding. Also we have a around 25 email communications with M/s Faber . Worst Products and worst service. I have lost the hope on M/s Faber. Not recommended these products

I have ht604 4 burner model purchase before 1.5 years back, but I realise this is my big mistake whole gas base is rusted and I was complaint against this before 4 months ago and no one can reply even after guy on manager post on India level named Mr. Sandeep salve even though I am ready to pay for base of that gas then also can't pick up my call from last 3 months.


so this is my suggetion to not buy this product if you want peace after u r entering in your home.

Hlo guys...From my personal experience I am saying . Plz don't purchase this product. Out of 3 burners one burner is having complaint since I bought it. It does not burn. I called the service people they had came and made it ready. But the next day itself again the same problem. One burner is not working. So plz don't buy that product. It's not price worthy.

It is one of the worst product that I purchased in my life time. Burners had problems right from the beginning of the purchase. It looks classy and the design is good but the working condition is not good at all. Unable to connect with the customer service even after several tries. I tried cleaning the burners by myself but it didn't work. It looks like the stove may develop cracks in the future if it is not taken care of. I don't know how they sell such products in the market. Waste of time, energy and money on this product. I will never recommend such product to anyone. Very disappointing experience,

I regret my choice of faber gas stove . It not only is of sub standard but also worthless in terms of effective functioning .


Burners got stuck , ignition stopped working and cooking experience is pathetic on this stove .


After sale service doesn't exist . In spite of hundreds of calls staff doesn't respond and bother to fix the issues . I advise all no to buy this fit for nothing junk called faber gas stove

Brand New Faber Cooktop Defective

I bought a brand new Faber 4 burner Gas cooktop.


One burner gave a very low flame from the very first evening.


After multiple calls a technician came. He first attempted to clean the burner, then sent for a replacement for a defective part. it took hours.


After a few days the burner gave trouble again. And now another burner is also giving trouble.


The Manager, Mr Dinesh does not have the authority to replace this defective ptoduct.


This morning, Mr Harshit, who said he was Faber's Service Centre HR head asked me to share pictures of the bill, warranty and product and he would facilitate a replacement .


After I did all this Mr Dinesh confirmed that Faber would not replace. That was their company policy and customer safety and customer satisfaction were clearly not very important to the company.


I had a Faber cooking range for 30 years but the company has deteriorated .


DO NOT BUY FABER PRODUCTS!

I purchased this product about 2.5 years ago. Leme start by saying that I wasn't expecting the burners to shrink by heat in 2.5 years. After all the old normal cooktops run for 10s of year without any such issue. Also looking at Faber reviews were really disappointing. However Faber offers 5years burner warranty and to my surprise they did not argue even once before replacing the part. The parts would have costed round 6000Rs which were replaced without a penny(service cost of 400Rs was charged). Kudos to the service team. 5stars for their service, they are quick to respond at least in Gurgaon.
