These people are really fake. Had ordered a wrap from Fassos where the restaurant people plus the online customer care person saying they will deliver the order but nobody delivered. Really pathetic service, my opinion is they should be closed and don't provide any service.No proper communication, poor service, fake commitment. Such a brand and very very very poor quality of delivery/service. This is the second time happening with me. My order Id was 117501271. And upon this they want us to rate then. Seriously faking their customers. Should report it to the forum.

First off all these guys always irritates with their emails and text messages, service is very bad. There operations are such a mess, These guys should just shut shop!

For the second time in my history of ordering with you, I have been delivered a Chicken Biryani instead of the ordered Paneer Biryani. Thanks for ruining my dinner! Customer Care service is also very poor they takes more than half and hour to get connected with customer care agent. Never ever will make again such mistakes by ordering from this food app.

I ordered Veg Paneer Wrap from Fasoos and I received non veg wrap. On the bill it was written Veg Paneer Wrap. I ate 2-3 bites and I found the taste was unusual. So I opened the wrap and I found out it was meat or chicken. Being a pure Vegetarian I just puked. We do understand mistakes happens but such mistakes are unacceptable. I am really disappointed with Fasoos. It was my first and last order with Fasoos. Those who are vegetarian out here please order from Fasoos at your risk.

I have ordered ALPHONSO MANGO TUB For my 3 year old kid.

But the ICE CREAM was smelling like anything.

I don't even like to give 1 star, very bad services. This is the worst thing ever happened in my life. Only because of Faasos delivery. If you cannot order the food at the mentioned time, please dont take the order itself. On the faasos portal there is no Live order, which has been cancelled from your end without even notifying the customer and also the amount has been deducted from the account.

We can take any action right now. Don't try to ditch the customers like this. If you cant serve customers, just close the company. Its been 2 hours and still we have not received the delivery. When we spoke to the support, they are asking us to wait for some more time. This has really created a bad impact on Faasos.

First of all I ordered aloo paratha and chole combo, in which the chole were tasteless and the so called aloo paratha did not have aloo in it. We felt that the chole were not fresh and were served stale!

I also ordered a paneer wrap, which was not great at all and the prices charged for the portion that they served was horrible. I also ordered a Puran poli, supposed to be a Maharashtrian delicacy and these guys fucke

Very cheap and tasteless food at very high price. its up to you to waste your time and then go outside and search for something to eat . or else you can use some other websites .who have good reviews .

When you are super hungry if some idiot start to play with you, you know that pain? wanna experience that pain this is a good place to waste your money time and discipline .

I have been ordering through faasos app since 2 years and recently I became there elite member. The service is very good.

They have huge varieties of food menu, some of which are of reasonable cost and some are a little overpriced.

They have a separate menu for elite members which changes daily and a regular menu which contains sections like wraps, all day breakfasts, rice feasts, desserts and beverages. They even have combo meal offer which is value for money.

They have introduced a new feature called Faasos-Bolt which guarantees 30min for free delivery. You can track the live location of the faasos delivery agent from the app. And if the timer in the app runs out past 30 min, you can select the item is not delivered yet in the help section and the money is instantly refunded into your faasos credits upto ₹; 200, which can used into ordering in the future.

As they have introduced the 6th star concept, delivery agents are so polite so that they get 6 stars from the order.

They even give complimentary desserts time to time for Ellie members.

Overall it is very good and satisfactory.

I have ordered 7-8 times from Faasos as of now. I had a pretty cool experience with it. Actually, I was little afraid for ordering the food online as I never done that. And not sure about the hygienic condition of the food and all.

One day the maid has made wraps after my several mistakes and when I came from the office there were none left. I was so hungry so, I had to have something instantly. A friend ordered 3 wraps from the Faasos for me. As the app is so user friendly to place the order, select options and to go through the payment gateway as well, it was surreal for me. I got the delivery in just 20 minutes. Honestly, that’s so amazing comparatively. I was enjoying delicious wraps in matter of moments only. The packing was also good and the food seems healthy and hygienic. Thanks Faasos!

I got a bad experience with faasos, please avoid order in online, you can see the picture I post, the cost I paid is too high for two aloo paratha but they totally disappointed me. The food is not worth for the cost, bad taste, bad packing, quality and quantity is very bad.

I have ordered food 4-5 times using this app and none of my experience was enough to recommend you to use this app. Faasos is a name popular among restaurant chains but it is like the phrase "Much bruit, little fruit", their meals are very costly for a person to order something on a daily basis. Also, there is a problem with the quantity of food they provide except for their jumbo meals that are adequate for one person but all the other items are very less in quantity and the price is too high, which the food is not even worth for. I ordered chhole kulcha once from there, and that was my worst experience ever.

Their rolls are good in taste but not enough in size to satisfy your hunger.

The Faasos app has many conflicts such as while checking out the cart you can either use faasos credits or any coupon but not both.Also, these credits and coupons are not valid on combos, meals, beverages and other selective items.

The only thing I found good in this app is that you can schedule your order accordingly to your timetable even 12hours before.

If you want to try food from faasos, never order from this app, order it from zomato so that you can get additional discount too and your meal won't cost you too high.

My review: The paneer tikka rice fiest was not good at all the taste was so poor and it lacked spiciness. And the order was delivered too late more than 45 minutes I waited a long time starving when I called the customer service they told me that the delivery vehicle was damaged in an accident. It took another 20 minutes for delivery.

I have ordered food from fasoos a couple of times and was disappointed in both of the experiences. My choice usually are the jumbo chole rice or the large salsa wrap. Most of the items in their menu are supposedly termed as jumbo meals even though the quantity of food is not even half worth of the price paid to order it. Seems like some kind of a joke recieving a puny amount of food when it is supposed to be a jumbo meal. If you are hungry and are looking to be made fun of and be joke of the party in front of your parents or friends or whomever then go ahead download this app and order food from it. Absolutely pathetic and cringeworthy experience ordering food from fasoos. They get paid to not feed people which is kind of opposite of what they are supposed to do.Also not to forget the fact that their coupon or credit money doesnt even work at all and you’d only come to know that when the delivery guy harrasses you on your doorstep asking for more money than you were supposed to pay because they never told you that the credits didn’t work. Would prefer to never order again.

Hi friends, I have a issue with FAASOS APP.

Today I had ordered food from faasos and its delievery time is 43 minutes and my order time is 8: 11. So I am waiting for my order at my office, but at 9 pm I got a call from faasos and one of them told me they could not delievered at my area.then I asked them about their app in this my area is showing under delievery area, but he denied to delievery. Then I tweet and making complaint for it , after this again I get a call from them.and now they said they will delievered my order after 2 hours. Now you tell is it a good app. My first impression is very poor with faasos.i am not recomened to buy any thing from fassos, they will surely making you fool.

I ordered food at my home in delhi using faasos as app.This app is the official android app for faasos a online food delivery service.I ordered for first time using faasos app to know about how to use app and the food quality they offer .Faasos app is easy to use, there is easy chat support for the help of customers , but very bad thing about this app is that there is no facility to check the status of your order , every time wehave to swich on the support section and ask the operator about our good , Then though this app is easy to use at times it lags, I was facing errors in payment and so at last I had to opt for a cash on delivery option.The delivery boy came very late I ordered food at 8.40 and recieved it at 10.00 pm that too when I was continuously standing on the main road so that he dont needs to find my house and waste his time.after calling somany times he arrived and the food was well packed .i ordered a veg thali from faasos itself , food was light warm , when I opened packaging roti and nuggets were mixed with rice .gulab jamuns syrup was all messed up with the vegetable and dal and everything was sweet , it was tasting so bad that half of the items I have to throw that away ifront of cow the next morning.The service could have been better .Though customer support is better but what after ruining my dinner , that was really weird to eat.

Not good.App needs further additions in facilities.

I ordered for food on 11th Night for some food from Faasos thru their App by 8:00 PM @ shollingAnasultanllur chennai, it was Thursday not a weekend either. It was 8:45 but I still dint receive my food, when I call customer care they arranged for a call back from the store and the store mAnasultanger informed that it will be there in 15Mins They kept saying this untill 9:30PM. I was really frustrated and called they store again the guy was so cool answering like a recorded message it will be there in 15 Mins. When I called the customer care also the same response "we will connect you to store sir". It was 10 and still the food was not delivered. When I called the store again to cancel my order they were so pathetic in response and dint accept to cancel. At last the guy came to deliver the food by around 10:40 PM. We dint get the food we sent him back.

The thing is the store is just 20 Mins away from my home, and the mAnasultanger said we are experiencing high volume of orders today. What ever it is would really take 2:45 Mins for a food to be delivered for just 3 away. Nor I guess the stores evaluates the customer based on the order quantity.

Out of all the most annoying thing, its 23rd august today and still for a courtesy they have not bothered to call from store nor customer care to even take an attempt to rectify it or even bothered about loosing their Cred824it.

I understand now why such Indian firms dont last longer despite their food.

DOMINOS. McDonalds are much better and proactively responsive in such cases. I have faced such situations there but they have ensured to keep up their promise.

I had order 13:05 I received order 15:30 I understand it happens . I had ordered Smoked butter chicken they sent only gravy and paratha .  scammers I did biggest mistake, I would have cancelled my order. I said it happens sometime due unavoidable instance being nice to them they fu.in they took me for  ride.   Order Number Order number-6522542 On their app I tag I have not received order yet. This bi.tch By the name Diksha  called me several time and when I saw only gravy I tried calling tagging again did not receive any call  neither they were answering my call. You heard it right, FAASOS can't suppress the appetite.

There is no doubt they make delicious food but focus mainly goes on the price for each item listed. What you see in pamphlet will never be same. Nowadays the marketing techniques used by every companies to attract customers is emerging.

In pamphlet, the appearence of each item is beautufully pictured but when you order the item, you will be unsatisfied with the quantity of food that is packed and the amount they charge for it.

I used to order from FAASOS, but now stopped. I would better recommend to order food from the services which are linked to restaurants and food junctions.
