Did my internship from Exhilway in the year 2015. Good mentors to assist. The compamy had a global exposure towards wealth management. I served few clients of the hedge funds and learnt several things about high frequency trading. The company focused on the billionare clients who invested in their hedge funds. I managed to learn how the large clients are managed. In 2016 I was placed at Interactive Brokers. I am thankful to the company for making me learn new concepts of trading which I was very new to when I first entered the financial world.

I started working with Exhilway India ops in the real estate division in the year 2013. The firm used to sell real estate investment projects to their high net worth investors. My experience at Exhilway helped me understand the investment world.

I loved the detailing of Exhilway when they used to refer or advice projects to their clients. The clients to my notice have gained from the in-depth analysis of the team. I have moved to Prudential Real Estate now but I sincerely adore my experience at Exhilway.

I was hired by Exhilway as a intern from my college(Rai Business School) in the year 2009. I am writing this to share my experience with the like minded people on the internet who are interested to explore the financial markets and get employed in this sector.

As an intern I was treated with full heart, the management was eager to train people and the employees was helpful too. I explored how the wealth management works, how the ultra HNI investors invest in the company and how do they make money. Exhilway specializes in managed futures which is an alternative investment product.

I am now part of Exhilway Private Capital Market, my salary package is in double figures. At Exhilway Private Capital Market, I help small and mid sized businesses to raise funds from the PE investors.

Though the only concern is working hours are quite long, on an average we spend 65 hours weekly with Saturday and Sunday's off.

I highly recommend Exhilway Private Capital Market.

I have gone through the reviews written by other guys about Exhilway and I am glad to see that the thought process of all Exhilway's workforce matches with each other.

The details given by these guys is good but incomplete. Let me add few more facts which I feel should be the part of this review.

Exhilway is a hedge fund organization managing over US$25 billion under assets under management.

In India, Exhilway manages over US$1.90 billion, the highest among banks and other brokerages like Kotak, India Infoline and SMC.

Exhilway employs 390 people all over India.

Exhilway is bullish about India and will launch some of it's proprietary products in India.

Exhilway is well regulated in USA, UK and Australia.

Globally, Exhilway employs 10, 239 people(data as of 15th July, 2011)

Exhilway is functional in India since 2002 but the products and services was available only to the super rich customers.

Exhilway will invest Rs 1900 crore in India in the year 2011 to fulfill its dream of becoming most respectable financial company in India.

Exhilway will also hire 2, 500 in India by the end of December, 2011 with the help of CandyDate Jobs, India's largest human resource consultancy.

I am working for Exhilway since 2004 and I am heading the Jaipur region for Exhilway as an area manager.

I joined Exhilway Wealth Management as an management trainee in 2007 and since 2008 I am working as a full time employee. The company is excellent in all aspects. They love there people, the reporting managers are helpful and they understand that now every time and in every scenario a relationship manager can generate business. I was converted a full time employee when the world was going through a rough phase even Exhilway India was struggling.

Exhilway in 2008 was green but the employees drastically failed on expectations. To our surprise, right in 2008 we saw a immediate hike of 30% in salaries, even for the employees who was not delivering well and infact for the first time in India we got the business leads from the company itself. The job security given in the tough times is commendable.

They respected there people in tough times and employees delivered there best. Our Delhi zone earned 270% of our expectations in the beginning of 2009.

I am still with the organization and I have no plan to go and join somewhere else rather I urge to people from other financial organizations to join us in our journey. I was promoted 3 times in 2 years. I am happy there are companies who respect there people and they understand the importance of emotional bonding.

I am working for Exhilway since 2007, I have seen and faced the worst downfall of 2008. The company have always supported me even when I was struggling to bring business to the table. The seniors here are co-operative, even in the difficult times we was not asked to kill customers for our own benefits.

Exhilway maintains its dignity, they are not short of cash like other brokerage firms in India. The attrition rate in company hence is low.

We are the only company in India with no customer complaints, we are the proud workforce of Exhilway.

The company is a good place to work. I wish them all luck in there proposed expansion plans.

I have worked for Exhilway Group for over 3 years from year 2002-2005 what I liked this company and will continue to love about them is environment which they gave I never felt that I am in the office.

They allow everyone to interact to become more friendly towards each other and thus we automatically become team and work in the best interests of the company together.

I used to work for Exhilway Finance and was responsible for wealth management of big clients from international markets. As a employee I was free to enter CEO's cabin without taking appointments !

Exhilway Group is now a US $8 billion turnover company having a strong presence in Canada, they left India after raided by IT department of India. When I had joined Exhilway they was a medium sized company having revenue of US $300 million having corporate office in Preet Vihar, New Delhi with just 30+ employees in place within a short time frame this company have touched new heights and the secret is open they respect employees and employees respect them.
