I joined in Exemplarr as Composer and got relieved recently. Learnt a lot from the company. Worked for many elementary books. The company has many challenges and issues but now came to a normal situation. Freshers can learnt a lot and experienced can strengthen their hands-on experience.

I have got many friends, colleagues and managers are really supportive. The company can increase the employee benefits and training.

Not paying salary, not clearing previous dues. They are hiding. shifted to new office but with no name plate so that nobody can not find out.  Don't join. Never work here. no vendor payment. don't take job here, you will never get your money.

Go there every morning and seat in front of the office to get money. New name is EWDS. Totally Fraud Company. Ex-employes are not getting their previous dues.

A wonderful place to work. I have seen growth in this company, it was performing so well at the time I joined and I got trained from here and even now the work environment and culture is so good and supportive.

My colleagues are so good, trained me how to meet the project deliveries on date with quality. Managers are very friendly and cooperative, and very keen in mentoring the subordinates.

A very positive thing is, company always supports and understands the lower and middle level workers giving priority in all the ways possible. Management respects and values the employees and has aim to give career growth and benefits to its employees.

1. Consistently delaying the salaries for the past two years. Management and HR not even updating employees on when the salary will be given.

   
   




2. Not paying PF. Already PF office initiated action against them(Refer attached photo)

   
   




3. F&F for the resigned employees not paid for the past one year. Few employees initiated legal action against the company due to this.

   
   




4. Building rent not paid for the past 1.5 years.

   
   




5. Employees resigning due to HR manager.

   
   




6. One of the Manager accused for misbehaving with female employees but management protected that manager and sacked the female employees. Is this professional ethics?. Point to be noted is MD is a female.

   
   




7. MD is famous for wrong recruitment. HR manager and DGM are latest in that list.

   
   




8. All employees are searching out for jobs due to instability of the company.

   
   




9. One and only problem with the company is the MD, Rajini Reddy because she is running the organization for social status.

The company has no clue about what it is doing. They are keeping their mouth in everything. Very happy employees who have not received salary for 6 months. I don't know if they pay the PF and ESI reduced from employee salary.

Every year you get promotion because others will leave in 6 months.

This company doesn't pay its employees on time. They don't even give confirmation on when the salary is expected to be credited. - Anonymous Employee of this company. You can ask any employee of the company to know about this.
