Kakinada branch Excell service is most worst. They never provide service att all in time .I had given a complaint on june 1st and today is june 4th till now my issue is noe solved. They do not provide service at all.

I done bill payment but not provided internet my 560 rupees freely donate to excel broad band bill team enjoy with my money
I was completely scammed! Received call promoting & promising higher internet speed, offering same pay plan I'd been on. Ended up with bill costing me 3X the amount I'd been paying!!

Always has an internet issue with in Kakinada. Very few technicians are appointed.Never complete the work in time and solve the issues. Least bothered to the queries made.. To complete the work it takes nearly one or two days.. This happens very often. Very unhappy..
They don't take customers complaints seriously. They try to spend 2-5 days to resolve the issue. If we mention about our problem instead of trying to resolve the issue they will put the blame on some other App. Some times customer service centre doesn't even bother to pick our phone calls also or even when they pick the call we need to call n number of times to get our company resolve.
WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO, BUT HAD NO OPTION.
THEY CHEAT YOU BY SELLING THE AREAS TO LOCAL PROVIDER, WHO PROVIDE PATHETIC SERVICE.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST. I HAD TO BUY SEPERATE DATA MANY TIMES AND USE HOTSPOT FOR MY WORK, THEY ALWAYS SAY FIBRES ARE BROKEN ATLEAST TWICE A MONTH, SWITCHES NOT WORKING ETCHIGHLY SUGGEST NOT TO TAKE.
I doesn't seen such a worst broadband ever in my life. Every month i getting issue for 6 to 7 days. Staff doesn't care customer i complainted more then 60 times from last saturday until now no one came to see whats the problem . Dont take this network plz avoid this
It is not good for domestic. They are not taking care. With in 2 months I have raise 20 times complaint as data connection error. Query also closing in auto without confirmation. It is waste of money.

Greetings for the day.
This has reference to my request for a new broad band connection in Tadepalli which was raised a week back ie last Sunday. To my utter surprise it is still not resolved and that too for a new connection you can imagine the plight of issues relating to any complaint.
I have called atleast 10 times till date and am getting the same response as I got 7 days earlier. Getting into the details :
Your technician visited my place and said that my router is working fine and guided me how to get a adapter including place , quality and price . The very next day when I procured the adapter , I was told that the router is not working and that I had to take excel company router . I could not understand how come some device working fine on day one is not working on day 2.
Since I have some exigent meetings i asked the team to get excell company router and get me a connection. Infact i have called the team including customer support for about 4 times in last 2 days and as usual getting the age old response .
As a final step , i am addressing this note . Pls do let me know escalation channels .
Time to INTROSPECT.

Worst service and worst signal at bhimavaram worst response for service to consumers even 10 complaints no one response
We are having a connection issue, so we called them. First time they received our complaint politely and took care of the issue. Next day also the same issue, they came and sorted the problem & told its the problem with their main connection box. The very next day we had same problem, so called them again this time, the customer service person takes up the call and puts us on hold and never takes care of the problem, we kept on calling them for every two hours. They didn’t respond on our problem. Unreliable network and unprofessional customer support!
Their service is really very bad..from the first month I have been facing this problem..they don’t care about customer complaints..they don’t pick up calls...and they are very bad at services..
Really waste to keep this broadband

Number one waste service in Andhrapradesh. Iam complainted so many times but no one respond about that.
Hi guys.Please don't go with excell broadband as I used it for my work from home in the covid times, very worst network and even I can't give -ratings also and the customer support team in solving the queries is even more painful to the customer as they did't have any answer towards and no intention to close the problem. It's very worst and senior teams not even focus on rural and urban areas too, as paying a lot we must suffer.If you think wise u can go for other choice.if you are over confident you can ignore it
I'm not getting network from early morning.when I'm trying to contact with customer care no one are lifting the calls.I contacted with one of the tech from excell broadband but that person is telling to contact with customer care office only.Whenever if we have important work at that time itself these broadband people are not responding.
Due to some whether conditions I lost my exell connection I was complaint them they are taking ages to repair my connection when I called to the customer service every one hour in up to 4 days they are saying within one hour we will catch you the distance between the office to my house is just 200mts even they not sort it problem
From 15days onwords I am trying to get the service but no 1 is responding. I have called number of times to tele caller n technician but no is taking care about calls . this shows their responsible towords their job as well as their customer satisfaction. plz am requesting as soon as possible respond and do need full

No response, dont know how to handle customer, if you have taken the connection that's it you are in to a big trapped hole.
I am facing the issue with this broadband in my native tirupati. they will not receive your call, they will not respond on your mails. I was totally screwed with this broadband. Everyday connection loss and no proper support. I have dropped a mail from support on 28th july 2020, untill now there was no further reply from the Excell broadband.
So I strongly recommend not to take it only.
Worst service ever u could get. It takes ages to get the connection shifted to a new address. I could give zero rating for customer service
Almost I am using from 10years and didn’t see any issue. Service response is very fast.They are the first person who launch ?? 50mbps for 500/- that’s why internet charges are very low in Vijayawada compare to other cities
