Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Smart Water Purifier

I had purchased Eureka Forbes Aquaguard Marvel 8L RO+UV e-boiling+Ultrafitration+MTDS with Active Copper Water Purifier from Amazon. Product is good but Harpreet Singh( contact no.097813-33446) from Moga, Punjab charged me Rs450 for installation. He told me that they do not provide any warranty on online purchased product. I even called customer care many times but they did not respond.

Kent service is very good. Now I will never buy any aquagaurd water purifier.

Never ever please please DON'T buy Eureka forbes water purifier as we had the worst experiencewith Eurekaforbes UV water purifier. One month after installation it is damaged and no one from customer service rrsponded and literallythey are sleepingand they should remember that they are paid because of the customers. Worst(i don't know bigger than this word if anythingelse please apply). After continuous followup, they took one month to get up from the sleep(may be they are students of kumbhakarn) service engineer visited. Now the actual story started as he doesn'tknow how to fix the issue and still issue persists. I feel that better to donate 10k to any of the orphanage instead of feeding this Eurekaforbes Kumbhakarnas. Please please never ever in your life don't purchase Eurekaforbes product. They are not my enemies I am writing this review based on my experience hope after reviewing this they will be human instead of Rakshasa like Kumbhakarna.

Very poor after service. Our water purifier was working fine, one find day aquaguard executive dropped in for the free annual service post which our purifier stopped working. On raising a complain multiple times spoke to the head of Jorhat Branch Mr Ashish to save his face - he conveniently lied saying the executive was not from eureka, double harassment to a troubled customer. I did enlighten him that there is no water from the time they opened the purifier and we do not have water to drink and need immediate service. No rectification till now. Eureka Forbes just lost a loyal customer with this bad service and harassment. Dont do cheap tactics to spoil the product in the name of service to increase sale.

I have purchased Active Copper Reviva cost approximately 17500 plus 499 Stand. But after 3 month the machine has been stopped due to technical problem..And then No one is coming to fix the issue..

Every year they loot 6000 rs for no reason....go for Kent 3-4 year once you get maintenance...they say water quality what we are getting is not good... neighbours who are using different purifiers are good for same water... only aquaguard has this high maintenance. Please don't get fooled by their words

So long as product works you can thank your stars. But if there is any problem, you can safely assume that the product as good as garbage. Because eureka forbes service is simply not interested in rectifying the product. I have been having issue for months together and no one is able to rectify the issue. After multiple followups one person finally shows up who is thoroughly incompetent and is not able to fix it. He says he will come back on another day and then never turns up after that.

Eureka Forbes has the worst products and customer service. please don't waste your hard earned money on their products. if you have come across this review, you have been lucky. Hope I could get the same advice before I make the decision of buying their RO water purifier. It has broken down every 15 days since last 10 months I bought it. I have spent so much of time escalating the issues but they never provided any satisfactory solutions. I have spent so much of money on bottled water even after spending so much on their shitty product. It is my genuine requests to all. PLEASE DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. It will make your life HELL!

I'm the resident of kolhapur. Today really we all were impressed as well as surprised with the work of Mr. Vijay Kulkarni sir. I have never seen the servicing like this he has done. Till now many of them serviced our machine but one of them done it very neatly. Really he is a hard worker and dedicated towards his work also. I think guy must deserve the best!

Even after paying AMC of Rs 5800/- for one year, their technician has asked us to pay for changing outer candle Rs 450/- . It is really cheating with customers when already paid rs 5800/- and you have been asked to pay more. If outer candle etc / filters normally need to be changed, I dont understand why it is not made part of AMC.

I wil never recommend any one to buy for Eureka forbes RO as they have devised system of taking hefty charges once yo buy their product . They have made system by putting a chip inside filter which is not available in market and necesarily you have to buy AMC from them and Eureka does not stops here, they will make you spend further by asking for outer candle / external filters etc.

Very very poor service. Pls don't buy this product. I have bought a aqua gaurd filter and now struggling for service. I have also done a AMC (annual maintaince charge) recently but whenever I try to cal the customer care inspire of telling me sorry one hundred times they ll not send a technician to the spot. Very bad service. Pls buy other purifier other then aquaguard.

One of the worst service even I have amc for this product.i bought this from Mangalore. no service given till date .I have not used this more than 6 months.i have 5 service requests code .no one turned up.local authorized service center is not responding properly.I called almost all the department to get it done.big thanks to eureka forbes company.please come and collect this product from my house.because I dont have place to keep the scrap in my kitchen.I will be attaching all the relevant document when u r responding to my mail or reviews.

My parents have been waiting for the service guys to show up since March 2020 and till today AUG 31 2020 no one showed up. I have tried calling numerous times and every time I was told concerned team will call back. Looks like this model "Aquaguard Geneus Water Purifier" cannot be handled by everyone. I m thinking about trashing this unit and buying non EUREKA product.

They have the worst customer Service I have ever seen from any company. Since 5 days new installation has been pending and no one has contacted me so far. The customer care person was escalating the issue since day 1 that it would be escalate to PM modi. Pathetic

Yes the same was happend in my situvation worst and bad product they never tells after buying each year need to spend 3k for maintanence then filter change they not provide technision for service after service again the problem will occur very worst service and product its capacity only one year only after you need to spend too much money to get it in running condition, I made mistake to buy the machine from ureka forbs. I've an aquaguard for which we have a taken a service contract worth Rs 5800 annually. In November 2019 we had a service in which the cylinders were replaced.

However, in May 2020, the machine completely stopped working. After 3 months a technician came today(18.8.2020) and repaired the machine. I am being charged Rs 5120 for the repair, which is unacceptable. When I bought the service contract I was informed that it covered all service costs for a period of one year.

I would like an explanation as to why I am being charged for this service.

Hi all.

Its been 2 month of complain to aquaguard but I am sorry to say these people are fraud pls do not go for aquaguard at all.

They will have many sweet words and many promises when they want you to take an AMC but pls its a request do not fall in there pit.

I am suffering a lot coz of them and they do not have any courtesy also to understand the problem that I have a small kid at home and I need drinking water for that kid atleast.

Pls plzzplzzolzz do not go for aquaguard.

The worst service i hve got . From last 3-4 days my RO water purifying is not working so i called them to just came nd check RO why it is not working.They came to my home but the service boy (Atul nd Ashish) are ridicous .firstly RO ko uske main connection se nikalte tym hi un logo ney ushe gira diya nd den jo RO ka Container tha ushe todh diya after dat dey both said within 1 hr they will come nd chnage the container . 2 hrs ke baad bhi voh nhi aaye nd maine unhe 10-15 times calls kiye ther didnt even pick my single cl den again i call to the customer care dey said me madam voh todhne thodi nhi aaya tha apka RO still mai apki complain ko check karta hu but again na hi service boy atul nd ashsish boy ney cl receive na hi customer care walo ney . But thank to god ny how mera cl customer care pe rec hua but i m shock he said me mam yeah bhopal ka no hai nd apko jabalpur ki service chahiye toh apko dusre no pe cl karna padeyga i said mrng mai toh apne turant apne service boy ko bhej diya tha nd ab jb issue aaya hai toh aap bol rahe h yeah bhp ka no hai nd still abhi tk na hi atul ashish aaye mere ghr container change karne na hi customer care se koi resopnse mila. Jb aap logo ko service provide karte nhi banti toh fir aap log apne service boy ko kisi ke ghr bheja bhi mt kariye . Chiz sahi hone ke jagah toth aur gai
