Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Smart Water Purifier

It's a high alert dont buy eureka forbes aquaguard.i bought aquaguard royale on 2021 dhanteras. It hadhaengineering defects water was pouring into the tank tooo slowly took more than 3 hrs to fill. Technician came and fixed it. Now its pouring in just 15 min. But technician told me for a normal condition it takes 30 min. And the water was first little bit bitter in the first use and now ( jst one-two week) it turned into too much bitter with the bitter layer staying in ur tongue even much time after drinking it. Feeling some uneasy in stomach after drinking may be due to this bitter taste.They said after first installation to drain out all the water doing it at least 3 times. But the question is even after filtering out all the water from the tap a layer of water still there in the tank which will not come out and the new water eventually mixing with that water..

In the manual it's written to install it only by their certified installer and flash the membrane filter and wash it for 3-5 min before first use but the installer was arrogant type and did not do any of these. And when their technician came he was also very arrogant and neither of them told us the taste regulation mechanism and how it works. If initially even in one week the water is so bitter dont know it will last or not even 1 yr or even months. From buying it we have to engage in it continuously. So pathetic experience.. non- taste crystal clear taste water is the perfect for you and ESPECIALLY YOUR CHILD. SO I EXTREMELY.. RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY THIS. I also bought a fridge of tata company with it. There installer or men soooooo generous and niceee compared to this company. Zameen asmaan ka fark hai.. hugeeeeeee....... difference inbetween the men of these two companies

I am using the Philip's comany purifier for 11 years. So clear and fresh water and also soo less price than this. No stomach problem occured till now and no other problems. Better throw ur 21- 22000 money in the air than buying this. At least some will get benefit from that. Also they r giving dhoka telling u 5.5 litres u get. But not even 5 litre will fill when taking water from its tap. Also the great eastern women is much higher in this she told me its 6 litrs??. Sooo wrong information and fooling peoples

Feeling worst service from Eureka Forbes. have purchased aqua guard and it's almost one month that its installed. Now i am having issue in that and it seems that filters are chocked. Have raised the complain for that and it's almost a week time but no one has attended the same and now it's not in use. Following with call center for this but always getting the same answer that it will be resolved on priority. Don't know if company understands the meaning of priority or not. Really feels like better to buy local product instead of this so that can get the better services.

I purchase the above product in 2019 worth 19000/ + and then in year 2020 gave a comprehensive service contract for two years @ 9000/+ which will expire in feb’2022 but a couple of days back on service engineer came and said that membrane filter not working and need replacement and will be charged as this change is allowed free only once a year. That means contract not comprehensive will be treated as cheating.. please take care before using Aquaguard products. Lot of complaints during this period. So I decided to discard the product if they don’t repair properly and will never ever buy Aquaguard products..

Last March I bought a RO and went for AMC, the unit was working well, but as per AMC one month back it was serviced by a unqualified technician, resulting unit started malfunctioning, it took lots of effort to register a complaint and even spoke to head office Mumbai but in vain, the unit is not working for the last two days and we have to buy water from outside for our use.

Eureka Forbes is managed by unprofessional people, hence, never buy any product of eureka Forbes, pathetic eureka Forbes I have lost Rs.15000/- by buying this product, I don’t know what to do…

My purifier started leaking after the service for which i paid 6k. Since then i m calling them to fix it..its been 3 days without drinking water no fix. Plus the technician is rude n doesn't like a to wear mask.... this purifier is a headache

Eureka Aquagaurd purifier is pathetic, do not buy. They dont have proper service even. For last 4 days we have escalated our complaint, one engineer came but he hvnt did anything. He said, next morning i will come along with part and fix it up. Now its been 3 days he didnt came back, we are calling to customercare but everything is useless.

Hi Just want say to all never to purchase any product from Eureka Forbes Commonly brand name Aquaguard.

1.First they sell defective goods .

2.Customer Care local technician and manager behave like goons and refuse to resolve complaints even after inspection that the product is faulty .I have duped by them nad now its been 10 days from purchase of new product and continous reminder to thier escalation team no response has been recieved from them.I would advice better have kent ro or havells or any other brand but refrain from this Aquaguard.

The worst water purifier . Please dont buy this.

I bought an RO purifier worth 20000 and it stopped working in a month

And since 1 week i have been trying to contact the service providers, they have not responded in any way. They just cheat customers until they buy the product and after that they never turn up for any service. My sincere request plz never waste ur money on these products. Im from chennai.

Their customer service is like "Fxxx u customer, ur device ur problem, no use calling us." My device was malhandled and damaged by their own agent during the 1 yr warranty period of the product ( carefully look at the fotoz attached, u will see a crack in the tank near to the hole for wall mounting).I have been running behind their customer care executives for the the last 2 or 3 mnths nd still they havent resolved the issue nd I dnt think they are planning to resolve it too. Their tactics is like, leave the customer bickering for a good long while and eventually he will find something else to do and forget abt them. My advice: Never have anything to do with this cmpany unless u want to loose ur temoer nd become a suicide bomber, blasting their office.

Using Dr. AquaGuard magnem, having AMC, around 4days completed, not repaired yet, telling spares shortage, suffering from urinary infection due to post covid problem, informed them many times, purchasing mineral water from outside.. Extremely poor irresponsible service going on in Kodungallur, trichur dist, Kerala, 680669, area.. The techn came here is not having proper knowledge and his behaviour towards me is below standard.. Informef customer care many times, informed section head, trichur head many times through whatsaap and call, proof is with me, not yet rectified.. Hence aqua guard is responsible gor our loss of money and our health issues related to urinary infn pist vovid issues.. Hence kindly arrange to post best responsible techns here by making available spares and once again telling aqua guard is responsible gor the loss of money and our health issues related to post covid issues

EUREKA FORBES / AQUAGUARD FLEECING COUSTOMERS: After sales service of Aqua guard is pathetic. Very sweet to talk to on helpline but end result is zero. Average time to get to a senior person is 12-14 minutes. Moment you ask to speak to a senior person disconnection is common. They suggest use phone app to register complaint but is of no help. For last 7 days I have been calling them daily thrice I have escalated the service request. Worst service, worst product, changed 2 products over 2 years of time (did blunder after buying it again).It is hardly 2 month and water was not filling properly, taking 8-9 hrs to fill 7 litre of tank.i called the customer care and they took their own time to send the technician.he said membrane filter needs to be changed and then he asked for 1800 rs to change(which is not his fault but company rule) and they said it is one year warranty.never go for Aquaguard
