Even in Gurgaon the story is same, Buy Aquaguard and FORGET the servicing.


I have been calling them everyday since last one month and no one has turned up. I would say it is better to go for some other brand where you are sure the service will be better, need less to say that there are many in the market.


I purchased th product last year I thought the service may have improved because I had bad experience even when I had the old Aquaguard.


Try giving a call for purchasing there will be 100 people to sell and they will disturb you even when you have told them that if I decide to buy I will call you. You will receive about 10 calls a day asking have you finally decided to buy or not.


But when we ask for servicing we get only a complaint number and nothing else.


SALES MAN: EUREKA WE SOLD WE SHALL SELL MORE


ME: NOT TO ME AND MY FRIENDS AGAIN GET LOST

Update:  We have actually thrown out our Aquaguard RO system and installed an Ion Idea RO System where the product is 500% better in terms of being trouble free as well as service from the company for the last 5-6 months.


I would recommend Ion Idea for the overall quality of their product as well as service.

I just wanted to let all the people reading this know that the customer service for Aquaguard is horrible in the Whitefield area in Bangalore.  As mentioned byother people in their reviews, inspite of repeated calls and follow ups no person has come to service our unit since installation 10 months ago.  I have educated my self about the unit and I manage to clean it and keep it in working condition.


During installtion the person did not install the pre-filter.   One person who came after we called about 20 times and threatened legal action tried to trace whichagency sold this unit to us but was unable to do so.  The contact numbers on the visiting card provided to us do not work now.


We have called their call center many times and they have promised to send the people within 24 hours but we have never had any repair or service person come to our place.


We have barred the Aquaguard person from entering our locality.  I have even called up the parent company and complained but of no avail.  Maybe the service personnel create fake records and send them to their head office for satisfaction.


I have verbally spread the work around not to buy any products from aquaguard.


I am now considering switching to Ion Idea for their product as some of the people in our locality who have bought the Ion Idea are happy with the performance and service.

Installation of RO unit not done even after 7 days!!


I had purchased a Eureka Forbes Reviva RO unit on 19th June 2006. I had opted for a wall mounting option. Despite of the sales man's promise of free installation the same day (with Rs 250 for the stand), the unit is still lying at my home without being installed. Repeated calls to their call centre and speaking to their customer service manager are of no use. They seem to be insensitive to the request. Meanwhile, I have even stopped the payment for the cheque that I had issued upon the purchase. Now I am trying to contact Eureka Forbes corporate head office to get some explanation about their gross negligence and bad responsiveness.


The company should not offer free installation if they cannot service the request within reasonable time! What use is the product if if the service is too bad? Even worse, how can one depend on its guarentee terms if they default even on the installation promises?

I bought a new Reviva RO system from Aqua Guard and the unit has stopped working after less than a month og purchase. We have called the service every day after that and reminded them of the problem at least three times each day. Apart from false promises, we have not received any assurance or any one visiting to check it out.


I am wondering that the product is still under warranty and we are being treated like this. What will happen when the warranty finishes? I think I will need to go to consumer court and file a complaing because there is no otherway I see it. I have spent 12500 rupees on this "useful" gadget and it broke down so easily. I am now buying Bisleri jars @ Rs 60 every day to tackle the drinking water problem at my place. This is a terrible experience.


I do not recommend this company to anyone, not because of the product but because of their attitude.


Mr. Eureka Forbes, you can survive only for a short time with such an attitude!
