Eureka Forbes Aquaguard RO Smart Water Purifier

All new models of Aquaguard are very bad and require to change the filters every 4 to 5 months which is very tedious and expensive.

They have done this to increase their sale of the filters and earn money.

My Aqua Guard suddenly started leaking water from the inside, so I filed a complaint. Shortly after, I received a call from customer care asking me to pay ₹699 for a one-year service. After paying the money they said the technician would visit the same day at 5 PM, and in the app also showed an assigned technician. However, no one showed up at the scheduled time. When I called the technician, he responded rudely, stating that he is on leave. Pathetic service, no one is answering from customer care also.

Do not buy eurekha Forbes products especially water purifier.i am extremely disappointed with their service as past 1 month I am not able to use the RO and complained several times and also mailed them but no one even bothered to contact me.

I had booked AMC on 22Sep2024 and today is 25Sep, I have been continuously calling customer support and the technician for the kit to be replaced but both are clueless when the kit will be replaced, they do not have the option to extend the AMC for time they delayed in providing service nor do they have the option to refund the AMC money, it is really tough to deal with clueless support system, Yesterday had a word with agency owner, who assured to get my issue resolved by morning, but it's evening and I am still waiting.

Really frustrated with Eureka Forbes. My water purifier hasn’t been working for 5 days now, and even after raising a service request(WO-170724-51385468), nothing’s been done. No drinking water during the rainy season! It feels like they don’t care about their customers, just focused on making money. If this is their idea of service, I’d rather get a refund. Has anyone else had a similar experience with their support?

They cheat, they fraud, Don't buy filter and never go for service. In case if you want to waster 30k amount with high pain this is the best place. I experienced worst from them.

They have introduced 3 schemes, silver, gold, platinum. I tried to talk customer care about upgrading my AMC.it did not work. Believe me the information given is not clear, I opted for silver , after technician explained wanted to upgrade to gold.They said no and I had to pay

My AMC with Eureka Forbes is valid upto May 2025 for my Megna RO water purifier. RO stop working since 03 May 2024. Service request made several times online but no response received. Several e- mail sent to their Grievance Cell, Service compliances, but the service request has not been attended yet. My RO is not working even though my AMC is alive. Worst service. Don't Eureka Forbes product. It is a fraud company.

Don’t buy Eureka Forbes RO water purifier the Bought eureka fobes water purifier 5 years back. They call only to buy AMC but never came and installed on time. Never visited for free services as they claim in AMC. Worst service experienced in my life. For small purifier service, you need to call numerous times that too there is no toll free number. After calling, there is no use. They will raise complain and cancel next day. Technician wont visit as scheduled. If you reloacye its again big headheck they wont update new address properly. If we do ourself from app or website it wont reflect also. Every time when we reloacted suffered 15-20 days. I am regretting for buying this prodcut.

Bought in 2022, it stops working every month the support guy Sudarshan made us buy the extended warranty and he claims to have replaced the faulty parts. But water was never purified.. then comes his manager so called Ayyappa (funny yuy), he never answers the phone and gives false promises. Then comes Nagaraj the senior technician, he claims the product is faulty and requested for replacement. After that all AHs stopped responding to calls. Is this even a real company.

Don't buy Eureka Forbes RO water purifier the worst service experience in my life. Customer service is very very poor. For small purifier service, you need to call numerous times. There is no use on their app. They will not come. You will regret buying it don't by this one

Once you purchased it. You will trapped in their scam. if you buy AMC(Annual maintenance contract) still they will demand money to service your purifier.

They only focus on making sales but their after sales service is pathetic. I have experienced the worst customer service ever from Eureka Forbes. My purifier is just a year old and the mother board is not working. Service technicians never come on time. I regret exchanging my local water purifier for a branded product. I used The local purifier for about 10yrs with no complaints and excellent timely service. I was conned into buying this brand with their big claims of better products. I wouldn't recommend buying Eureka Forbes water purifiers.
