Fake VP - Srinath Subrahmanyan, stealing ideas
Dec 17, 2023 09:07 AM358 Views (via Mobile)

Completed 4 rounds of discussion with different people and 2 rounds of discussion with Mr Srinath Subrahmanyan, post that simply got reply as not selected without any reason.

Mr Srinath Subrahmanyan ( VP, with him was 3 round) discussed openly about their team issues and asked me to resolve. My suggestions and solutions impressed him and asked for another round. Again in second round he discussed his critical issues and i suggested there he got solution and further no response from him, either HR - Maneesha or contact person Kanika.

Recently I had completed 4 rounds of interview and post that 3 weeks they kept on saying Mr Srinath Subrahmanyan had health issues and was busy. I finally told the contact person Kanika, if I don't hear back any response i will come to office and speak to HR contact person. In 10 minutes i got mail saying sorry you are not shortlisted without any reason. When asked for reason no reply.

Not the best organization to work for
Sep 16, 2023 11:06 PM395 Views

Pros:

  1. Above than market average pay.

  2. Sounds good on CV

  3. Trainings all the time

  4. Some managers are cool

  5. Flexible working time

  6. Easy Leaves/Lots of Leaves

Cons:

  1. Above than market pay but still far less for the kind of work they ask you to do, especially when you manage multiple projects but the pay is the same.

  2. Extremely long working hours. Sometimes you will not have even half an hour in your hand for yourself and often the deadline is the day-end.

  3. Company's work ethics are great but many seniors and managers do not adhere to this and will bully you into working more than you are required to, making long working hours even longer.

  4. Work hours can start from 6 am in the morning to 12 am next day(I have personally worked 18 hours a day to manage everything and yet I couldn't keep everyone happy)

Suggestion:

  1. If you do not get a cousellor at your location/if you do not get an extremely supportive cousellor - either change your counselor or change the company before the sharks sitting above you can hurt you.

  2. Get hands on experience with real projects as soon as possible because although they say people will help you to learn, they simply won't.

  3. Make friends in every direction. You do not who might help you in the worst of times and having contacts is extremely important in this company.

  4. If you ever feel hurt by someone's words for the mistakes you've not done, just apologise and quit the scene, they have already chosen you to be the scapegoat for a grave mistake you've not done and they will hurt you more.
