Not a bad site. I ordered Accucheck strips pack and received the product on the 3rd day.

One more thing in case you are reading this review, they are selling thermometer at Rs.1. Not sure how long this deal will last. I ordered one:)

Over all nice experience, as long as prices are good.

Design and site usability have scope for improvement.

I had ordered a weighing scale from eRamukaka. The site did not provide me with a tracking number, post shipping and it took 4 weeks and lot of follow up to finally get the product only to identify that the product was defective.

When I called their customer support, they asked me to contact product technical support and gave me a number. Technical support told me that eRamukaka should actually take it back and take responsibility for shipping a bad product.

After I spoke with customer support again, they first said that they would send a replacement and I could return the damaged item through the same courier that sends delivers the replacement.

But later on they changed their stand and said that I had to first ship back the product and then they would send the replacement.

Total lack of coordination and process. Never buy from this website unless you are somewhere close by to their location. My order was from Trivandrum.

I have ordered an Accu-Chek Active device from them which at that point of time found lowest online price available. But later when I further browsed for other health related products/devices, I got to know they have lowest price on these, even they have pain relievers also which are rare to find online. Though a small time site but good range and lowest price in healthcare devices. Delivery also I got in 5 days..Ok Ok time

Good one...rates are good, esp. healthcare products, post service is very good, feedback system is good.

But need improvement in delivery time it takes me 5 days for it, improve range, site load time. Nice job keep it up.
