I was working with Epcos India Private Limited during 2012 to 2015 everything was very fine there. The working environment was good, even the employees their working were also very good but if I speak in terms of growth then the growth is very low. The most worst thing about this company is that while joining they showed me my CTC. when I went through the CTC at the last it was written that performance pay bonus. I asked the HR what this performance pay is? The HR replied that this is the performance pay bonus which you will be paid at the end of the year as per your performance. I was thrilled that my performance will be checked and then my payment will be done so I thought it's a good process. But When I actually received the performance pay bonus, I understood why the company has kept this option in CTC. There was another thing written at the end of the CTC breakup That is if anyone leave the company before 31st March then he will not be eligible for the performance pay bonus. This thing is written in a very small handwriting at the end of the CTC and many of the candidates even without seeing that CTC has signed up with the company. and got into the job and ultimately they not got that performance pay bonus. Apart from the salary and growth patrt the company is very good. As I said that if you judge the company in terms of good environment then epcos is number one I hope.
