Enrich Salon - Prahlad Nagar - Ahmedabad

Hi,

My overall experience in Enrich was not bad but I have some unexpected experiences that I would like to share with other customers. Enrich does not have work ethics in some ways. They tend to emphasize on making money by deciding the prices impromptu. Also, the prices are unnecessarily high as compared to the standard of their staff and services. I have some things to comment and provide feedback on, I hope these will be helpful:

1. My overall experience was good and the staff were welcoming too. However, one of my family members who had a pearl glow facial is experiencing skin inflammation and pain on face. This was reported on the same day but the technician took it lightly and just did a skin massage and left it at that. I would like to get this checked again by a skin specialist or dermatologist from enrich as I think this may be a serious skin infection. I would question the credibility of Enrich if this is not taken care of.

   
   




2. The staff always provided the quotes based on the interaction with front desk and after asking how much points were accrued by the customer. I think thins was a biased approach. Ideally each staff should be able to provide a quotes without any bias and the price quoted should be genuine not based on how much a customer can spend on the services. Some of the staff at this branch are great. Implementing this aspect would help in building better customer experience and encourage them to visit again.

   
   

As I mentioned above, my overall experience wasn’t bad but there were some unexpected incidents which I think are worth mentioning and I would appreciate it if Enrich Prahlad nagar branch contacts me by phone to provide any solution related to the skin inflammation.

Although they do a good job with the haircuts, please be aware that if you book online(either by selecting the online or in-store payment option), they may charge a higher price when you arrive for your appointment.

Today, when I arrived for my appointment, which I had earlier booked online, I was told that I would be charged a higher amount because no "Graduate Stylists" were available. After an unpleasant discussion, during which I was repeatedly told that there was nothing that could be done, I finally received my haircut for the amount guaranteed online. But, even after this, the front desk staff were both unfriendly and unapologetic.

The one positive was that the haircut was good. But, it definitely wasn't worth the stress. This is not an experience I want to repeat.

Hopefully others will not have a similar experience, but I want to make others aware of the way paying customers are treated before they decide where to go for hair services.
