I had gone there for threading of eyebrows and my experience was worst. My eyebrows was done by shilpa and I was not at all satisfied. She was hurting as well as nt at all professional. Not recommending anyone to go there .

I had visited this salon in this Corona pandemic for safety reasons and name of good brand. But unfortunately this is not the case with me this time.I had opt for eyebrow and upper lips for me and my mother..the eyebrow staff( Harshila)do not know about the shape of eyebrow. I had shown her photo of exact eyebrow I wanted but she is not able to understand ..Still she is going on for doing my eyebrow.If she did not understand she has to call her senior ..but finally I called senior staff and explain my requirements , then she guided junior staff and then she understood what I required. On the top of all, she cut my skin literally visible near my cheeks and It bleeds when doing upper lip and she is giving excuse that I released the skin so it happened..This much big cut is not at all acceptable from Enrich Salon..Even though the manager is good here, the staff do not know about basic eyebrow and upper lips. So I personally suggest do not try upper lip or eyebrow here ever..
