Emperor Traveline, Coimbatore

This is the worst customer handling travel line I have ever seen. I called them up for visa processing. The staffs behaviour was ridiculous.

The lady took my email address and said she will email me the check list the next day. I said that I need those today. She said " See visa approval is a country's sole discretion.

You should wait for 10 days for visa, but can;t wait for one day to get the check list". I felt WOW, what an attitude for someone who is at customer handling department. I called them up several times to talk to someone else who could help me. All were almost sailing in the same boat. Truly these type of companies should not be suggested to anyone.

Please don't get into emperor travel line. I went there to get help for applying PCC and they don't know how to do it. They got 500 as service charge and it is all waste.

I went by myself and got PCC in passport seva kender. They called me and asked the procedure for getting PCC after a week. When I asked why they got the service charge, they cut the line. Horrible experience. And people were rude.
