This hob top is so pathetic you can't reduce the flame uniformly, it burns in the centre even when u reduce..if u r making dosas rotis they will burn in centre because u can't uniformly heat it at low heat. Plus it gets dirty so quickly.. cleaning it is a BIG task. And I paid almost 50k for this useless thing

I had called placing a request for hob servicing and chimney service and they confirmed it for Rs 1003. But the technician only did hob servicing saying he's received order for only hob servicing and charged me Rs 1003. he just opened the stove and cleaned with a piece of cloth and after me insisting, he cleaned the cover of the burner. He finished his work in less than 30 minutes. When I called the customer service, they said the request was taken only for hob service. So basically, for just cleaning with a cloth which anyone could have done, I was charged rs 1000.

Dear folks,

Never buy any Elica appliances, they have worst Service network, even after complaing, no positive responce from then even after 2 months.

Recently I purchased hobb & Chimney, complained for service in warranty period, it was amazing that they do not have any complaint registration system, they do not reply, after calling repeatedly a person introduce himself as head of Dehradun, and started asking me to whom I complained on what date, when I fired him he promised me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours, now more than a week has passed, no responce, please never buy any Elica appliance.

Hi friends.we have been using Elica's 4 burner gas stove but not happy at all with its quality.its beautiful look is attractive but quality is bekaar.glass broke after few days of its purchase and the auto sparking points stopped working.we are unhappy with its quality.never recommend to buy this item at all ?

I made the worst mistake of my life by Purchasing Elica Patio ICT 469 cooktop. They are really pathetic. Quality of plastic and rubber parts is so bad that they keep breaking down or coming out with one year. They knobs have stopped Auto igniting. Now their so called quality brass burners have become loose. Now the flame comes from underside of the burner. When I complained about this they told me they will charge Rs.400 plus as visiting charges even during warranty. I think this company has really innovated in scamming customers. They sell below standard products in fancy names. When they start going bad they charge customers for every visit. Even during warranty period.

Both me and my husband work, in fact we barely get Sundays off. We do our own chores in the kitchen and coming to that hob was a very central aspect. It has four burners hence me and my husband can cook together comfortably. Our utensils fit very well and now we actually spend quality time while cooking. No more struggling to adjust the utensils. In our previous hob the spacing was so bad that we would end up burning our hands as well. Finally it’s a relief with this cook top.

Another plus point is that it is emery efficient. You save a lot of lpg gas. It has auto ignition and safety features such as child lock. We are soon going to start our family and this feature too is going to be important. So overall this is a must have product!
