Elica DT Flexi MFC4B91 Hob

Never even buy Elica hobs. The electrical ignition stopped working within one week. 3 technicians failed to rectify it. And due to lockdown the hob wasnt used. Elica never extended the warranty instead asked me to pay for the spare part.

Go for any other brand apart from Elica. they are least bothered about customers.

We bought in flipkart and used for 4 days all burners got black. We complained customer care after 3 days person comes from elica we told that how come copper gets black in 3days .he had no answer but he try to convince us and told .Ok I will talk to my company and update you.afterwards no reply from him.daily the burner getting more black .and our relatives using pigeon brand it was very bright yellow as like new always .elica is cheating company never go for this brand

Had a very bad experience....burner rings have broken in a year of purchase..And very r tried of complaining..

The Hob keeps sending flames down below the burner.

It was serviced by incompetent service technician under warranty.

In less than 14 months it gives many leakages under burner.

Never go by looks and this is not a safe product

This is a beautiful looking HOB but in the 4 months of using it it already has had multiple problems. The technician has been out 3 times now— the first time the auto ignition wouldn’t shut off- spraying lubricant into it fixed that. Then the auto ignition wouldn’t spark at all- that was a faulty wire. The latest is that the flame of the large double burner is yellow instead of blue so black soot is deposited on the bottom of the cooking pots. This has been a problem since the first service call but no technician has been able to fix it yet. Now it is reported that it is a problem with the jets and another technician will come. These are MANUFACTURING problems, all of them which could have been rectified with some quality control or by having quality components. I have an older Elica stove, a 3 burner auto ignition which has had NO problems in 10 years except for a sticky knob so I trusted the Elica brand. So I am wondering what happened to the quality I expected?
