Hello everyone. I would like to ahre my experience with Ebay shopping website. I have ordered many products through this website. Ebay is an website of shopping like other shopping sites. Here you can see the products for a low price when compared with the other shopping site. You can also even get this site through the app in app store or play store. Although this is the worst shopping site I have every used. Once I have ordered three combo tracks of medium size for a price of 599Rs. I got this product to my hand after 10 days. When I opened the pack it was totally different. Instead of three tracks I have got only one track and it was of XXL size and the quality of the product is too worst. You can rather buy through the road side for even cheap price. I have returned the package through the customer service but the delivery boy started questioning us about this pack. This is the worst than ever. He is even rude towards us. The customer service keeps you on hold and the service is not good as expected. Finally this is the worst experience of my shopping. I wont prefer you people to use this website for shopping.

DO NOT BUY FROM EBAY. As you are not assured of the refund policy.

I haven't received my refund for the past 2 months. Through my refund amount is only rupees 650/-, imagine what it would be my situation had it been in few thousands.

Ab is not a trust Able website. I have written by in trees episode on eBay.

If you happen to buy something which is expensive than better go with others who are best and have guaranteed refund. EBay gives false Assurance on refund. Secondly their customer care is not updated. You will be asked to wait every time you ask for an update on the refund status.

Recently I purchased an earphone from ebay.com.Because its price is very less on this site compared to other online shopping sites like Amazon, Flipkart etc.We all know ebay.com is one of the popular e-commerce sites.But frankly say that it is one of the worst service sites.I received the earphone after two weeks and the delivered product is a different one.with a very cheap package and no warranty assurance.That time I knew they are advertising every product as popular branded ones bt delivering cheap quality products.I contacted immediately and fortunately, they gave my money back.From that incident I decided, I will never purchase products from this site.

Ebay.in is the website that provides us shopping website. Very good site to supporting in the site. If you wan to buy any product so visit ebay.in and compare to another shopping website. You can find the real value of the product. Buying some products ebay is good for you. Here you can buy online products in very good price. Overall rating is very good. I am going to tell about my experience on ebay. I ordered the product in july 2017 and now its 2018 but I have not received the product yet.

Many time I also complaint about it. Called customer care but there was no right response from them.They always used to say your product is in the way. Attached payment proof also. I paid the payment but still I have not been refunded the payment.

I raised request for a refund, then he did not even give it and ebay seller respond me that your product will be delivered within 10 working days. But his 10 days were completed but my product did not come and after few day ebay customer care closed my request regarding my product.

This is my first order and I did not even get a product and neither refunded money.

I am really disappointed with services of eBay.com online shopping. Last month I was searching for an alarm clock and found a cute little clock in eBay. Without second thought ordered the same. Finally after fifteen days it arrived at my place. Packing was quite ok. I realised while opening the product that it was cheap quality Chaina made one. And there was a part missing in pack. Looked like an old stuff though. I just filed for return. But nobody attempted, not even a single response from eBay till date. Totally disappointed. I just wasted my money.

I haven't received my refund for the past two month. thought my refund amount is only rs 750/- imagine what it would be my situation had it been in few thousands. if you happen to buy something which is expensive then better go with others who are best and have guaranteed refund. ebay gives false assurance on refunds secondly there customer care is not updated. you will be asked to wait every time you ask for an update on the refund status. here is one such example and this has happened to me couple a time. it take generally ten minutes for them to search what is going on. if you seriously have patience then please go with ebay.

When I am buying a product from ebay a all in one vr headset box but when the box purchase .the scam is was thought up by dishonest chinese ebay seller who is selling counterfeit items on ebay.

when the seller from china signs up for selling on ebay they give two different address to ebay. one is real one is fake. and ebay unknowingly purchase a counterfeit items and return the items to seller automaticly .paypal and ebay not return the seller money.

their coustomer service not good not helping and their return policy or refund policy so poor if any one buy from ebay plz do not but product from here .

I purchased a refurbished phone. It was available in low price But I could not understand that It may have some defect. Actually the phone does not start even. I contacted many times ebay as well as seller. It has been a month. but yet did not receive any solution. Ebay told contact to seller but seller does not response positive. they say get it repaired and we would pay as per your bill. please never purchase any product from ebay.

Today I will share my very worst experience with ebay.i am very dissappointed with thier customer service.Ebay have worst services in india. I have purchased an item from ebay, after 10 days when I call to customer care ( after 20 Min. hold) they told me that my order was cancelled, and tell me to re-order , I re-order the same item and Pay online, again after 10 days they have returned my item, just 10Km near my house, without knowing me, and told me initiate refund.

ebay is worst, their customer service are worst, and soon ebay will be flopped if they are gonna do these things. I recommends all of my friends, classmates and employees not to use ebay. Currently Ebay customer care is really bad.i will rate this site in minus star.

Hlo friends this is the bad bad webbsite I have ever seen and you can be made a fool if you order something because the profuct on the website are not verified and there is no fast delivery of the product and you cannot be served very best the customer service is also good as the other websites has and there is sometime transaction problems are also called by the family and you can not buy any thing from the website and I didnot recommended you to buy any kind of product speciallly the electronic items

This site is worst for shopping online because the biggest problem is that they deliver products very late and the graphical situation of site is not well developed and good and there is not much product also as compare to amazon n flipkart and there is log in problems also and there are not huge quantity of a product because whenever I like to order something that is always in out of stock I had very bad experience to shop on this site and I would like the director of the site to work on this site more and more

Hello guys I am going to write about a experience when I have ordered addidas shoes from it.I got shoes on cheap rate approx at half rate but after some time when I used these they become useless after three to four months.

So after this experience I would like to tell you all that whenever you are purchasing anything from ebay online store you should read the full details of the products and description also.

As they are legal but many times they would not provide geniune products so please be aware of where you have invested your money.

I am taking about ebay . 10 days ago I am order a headphone or bike cover . They take about 11 days to delivered to me . The headphones were totally diffrent to what I order . The headphones are not good quality . All item was wrost . The headphones were fake . I have lost my trust on ebay . Now I will not order anythings on ebay . Coustmer service not good . So I can say that ebay is a fake site.

I used a lot of online stores and truly I found no issues but ebay.in is the first one which have some issues with me. Basically I found that ebay.in has the most rare things that we can find easily in Flipkart or Amazon or any other online stores. There is a cash on delivery option so it's also noticeable. This is why I choosed ebay.in for buying my next product.

But things are not so easy. The product quality that ebay.in provides is very bad. There is a lot of delay in delivery service. The most worst thing that ebay.in is not loyal. there is always a fear when paying online in ebay.in because may the payment is done online but the product is not received. The concept of ebay.in purchasing charge is very bad. The value of ebay.in offered product is the same with the local market price of the product. The special discounts and the cashback scheme is just a cheating. My friends has some issues with the cash back that they purchased a product seeing the cash back offer and he got neither cash back nor discount. This how ebay.in deceived them. There is also a noticeable thing that the refund system is very worst because there is no exchange system in ebay.in if the buyer found a defect in a product.

So I would never recommend to buy anything from ebay.in because they might be deceived and if they want to buy online firstly they should check them if this product is available in Flipkart or Amazon.

My wife have a LAVA IRIS414Q mobile phone, which battery is completely damaged and she is complain that my phone is always show's that battery low and it is switched off five to ten times in a day.

So we. Need a new battery regarding this. But after the asking in many stores we haven't received any idea from where we buying this.

Then one of my friends telling about ebay.in. and said that this online website are too good and you are very suitably purchase this battery from there.

I had been open the ebay.in and search my battery in the mobile accessories category.

There we will found a seller with the price of 402 Rs. with the transportation charges. And also gives 10 days refundable warranty. so we make ordered and we had been received in 2-3working days in my office address

Battery backup is good as per 1500mh capacity and battery quality are good as per giving discription.

I'm fully satisfied customer, from the ebay.in website. But in my opinion please make decisions after the complete true and satisfied details

They are not provide the good quality product.

Guys ebay.com is the international platform from where we can order product from any place any country but this website is slowly and not fast delivery.

After having a international app they should provide the best service but they cheating people by sending any product.
