Easy day Pallavpuram, Meerut staff Deepak and Manager (name not known to me) asked me to renew my membership in July, 2021 when I visited store to purchase groceries.

I refused to renew saying that why I was not given benefit of extended membership for 3 months due to COVID when all other customers were given benefit. I also mentioned that very little useful items were available last year due to transfer of easy day ownership, so my membership fees was a waste only.

Then, this guy Deepak and his senior probably, Easy day Pallavpuram, Meerut manager offered me membership and promised me that, they will get Rs 300 cash back in my account if I renew my membership and also mentioned on my form that Rupees 300 cash back shall be credited in my wallet @ Rs 100 each month.

I paid my fees in cash, and my membership was activated from August onward.

However, I didn't receive any cash back on account of membership renewal, however I contacted this guy Deepak and Manager they said you have already got cashback, which have credited in your wallet.

To best of my knowledge, cash back I have received is on account of my purchases and not on account of membership renewal.

Today, on Oct 4, 2021 I visited store and this guy Deepak and Manager on phone were very rude to me.

I am a regular customer of easy day but today due to their rude unprofessional behaviour I didn't purchase anything.

I feel betrayed and incidence like this definitely bring bad name to your organization.

Kindly, do the needful.

Not gud service n not have cancelled my order due to its Bellow Rs 600 as it's not appropriate for home delivery as per the situation going on in the time of crises.

Easyday is that store which provide many products and spread smile to our faces in kind of disscounts . The quality of product is good and lesser in price on some products . They provide many offers like 1 get 1 free offer on such products . Easyday fullfill our all needs like in kind of snaks , cold drinks and any other variety of products like chesse, milk , curd these all are very good in quality . It provide loyality card scheme for geting extra discount . They also provide tax invoices .the whole staff is very cordinated they will help in all way .

EASY DAY IS A STORE ROOM AT ALL OVER DELHI . I AM STRAT VISITING HERE TWO YEARS AGO . I AM REALLY QUITE SUPRISE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES ALL AND ALL I AM USED TO START SHOPPING HERE .

EASY DAY FULL FILL ALL NEEDS LIKE SNAKS AND SOFT DRINKS , COLD DRINKS AND ANY OTHER VAIRITY OF DAIRY PRODUCTS LIKE CHESSE , BUTTEER AND CURD.

EASY DAY PROVIDE SOME LOYALITY CARDS PROGRAMMS LIKE THEY PROVIDES DISSCOUNT ON PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS .

EVERY AND SINGLE SHOPHING THEY PROVIDE TAX INVOICE IT IS REALLY COOL ABOUT THIS THEY ALSO HAVE MANNER TO TALK AND THEIR HOSPITALLITY IS ALSO GOOD .

'Easyday' is a supermarket or departmental store located in Purania market in Aliganj, Lucknow. It forms part of a chain of retail consumer department stores and is wholly owned by Bharti Enterprises Ltd. The store is in the basement of Aishwarya Plaza in Sector-H, Aliganj. There are many things that I found were wanting here and some that I don't like about the place. I will list them here-

1) The stock here is not kept regularly updated. There is almost always a lack or shortage of items.

2) Though they say that they offer discounts and they do, the shopping deals are no better than that of independent or other retail stores.

3) Fresh fruits and vegetables are not available most of the time. People have to choose from whatever the store provides.

4) There are very few people employed to help you out if you need anything and are not finding it. Generally only one or maximum of two persons can be seen.

5) The range of products stocked here is limited compared to what their competitors offer and so people do not have much options other than to buy a less favoured product if they are in a hurry, or just leave.

6) The billing counter is not well managed. There are two billing sections of which one remains generally unattended. Plus, sometimes the staff puts some inexperienced boy there for short notice and this causes a lot of delay for customers in getting the payment done, especially if there are queues.

7) Their computing system hangs a lot, adding to the inconvenience of the customers. I've noticed this quite a few times while getting my billing done.

8) There is a dearth of employees in the store. At least three to four more should be added. And soon.

9) You don't get value-for-money here every time.

On the flip side, there are some good points too-

1) High cleanliness standards are maintained. And they are very regular about that.

2) The ambience of the place is just like that of any departmental store, only that it is calmer. The store is brightly lit and the racks are kept tidied up.

3) Generally there is less crowd which is always a relief to the shopper. But it may be because of the sloppy management and a low range of products!

4) The parking space provided for vehicles is sufficient. There is enough space for people to park their two and four wheelers right in front of the store.

5) A good number of trolleys are kept available so that there is no shortage of them and most customers can avail of their benefit.

6) Wide spaces are provided between the product rows so that it does not get difficult for people( chiefly the ones carrying trolleys) to move when the store gets crowded.

So, in the end, I would like to add that by shedding their lackadaisical and clumsy approach towards store management and customer satisfaction and by increasing the range of products offered, the people running the store could make it a favourite among the customers and achieve a lot as it is strategically placed in an area that is fast becoming popular with the shoppers.
