Why isnt this courier banned yet. There should be cases filed. No proper response. Agents are even more worst. Connecting to Customer care takes all the patients drained out as it takes more than 10mins to connect. This is fraud service. Calls goes unanswered thought attended they are ruthless and no proper information. seems they just take some morons
