Very unhappily I have to write to you this msg.
I am a patient of high cholesterol and run a family history of high diabetes. I had booked the Swasthfit Advance Health Checkup, as it covers both lipid profile and sugars test along with 35 other tests. I usually go for a Health Checkup every 6 months and believed this would be an appropriate test, as it covers my concern along with the other necessary tests. It cost me Rs 2199, and I believed it was worth the money.
DrLalPathLabs seems to be one of the most advanced PathLabs and convenient for working people like me who do not have time to even go to test centres. I was most impressed by your home collection. I had booked the test on 30th May 2019 online and within 4 hrs one of your agents had called me and set the time for the collection on 1.6.2019, between 9:30 – 10:00 am and asked me to be in fasting for 12 hrs till the test is done. I believe, 12 hrs is a mandatory fast which you have to keep before lipid profile and sugar tests.
Problems which I faced with DRLALPATHLAB:-
On 1.6.2019, your agent had come 1 hr beforehand at 8:06 am to be precise to collect the sample. I had repeatedly mentioned to him about the 12-hour fasting, but he said 11 hours in fine, it does not matter so much. He took my samples and left by 8:20 am.
Also to mention, the agent was super unhygienic, and had dirty nails, besides to Velcro band that was used was also very dirty. I would really suggest DrLalPathLabs work on their agent's hygiene grooming as it is a pre-requisite in any medical facility.
As per your website and as per your agent the reports were supposed to be released by the evening on the same day of the test. It has been 27 hours since the test and I am still waiting for my reports.
On calling your customer care, I was asked my Lab ID number. I was sent two Lab ID numbers, 268563993, 267860721 respectively by SMS. On my Invoice, the Lab ID which was shared was 268563993, while the one which showed my reports(as per your customer care) was 267860721. And that also due to technical issues would not show on the website, but I was asked to go and collect it from the LAB directly.
Your customer care also informed me that my blood and urine sample was deposited at the lab at 5:10 pm in the evening. I am really wondering in the heat if it is viable for an agent to submit the samples after so long from taking the tests and will the reports be right?
Honestly, I believe due to the 11 hr fasting and the late deposit of my samples I cannot trust the reports which I am still waiting for. I have raised a complaint with your customer care after talking to 5 of your agents for more than 2 hrs.
I am really disappointed with your service and would advise you to look into these ground-level issues, as if the foundation is weak it doesn’t take time for the top to topple.
Besides, it is a medical facility, and I believe if you have taken responsibilities of taking care of patients you should try to keep up to it.
