hi am Rajesh i underwent drkolawala package after reaching 64 kg dr gave us maintain pack . its being almost 8 months following the maintain diet the weight is very well maintained . my wife was also given mainatince course after reaching 52 kg she is following since two months ,.my personal experience is that you need to follow the regulations given by them its upto you in which shoe you want to fit , boss i am happy as am fitnesss freak so i will give yoo yo to drkolawala.-Rajesh Jain
