*“SUPER PALAPPAM! Double Horse”
*My mother in law is a very good cook. She usually make palappam for some special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, christhmas, easter and also for guests.
Everybody likes it very much because it is very tasty. We eat it along with mutton stew, veg stew or sweetened coconut milk.
My husband is a fond of very much of this palappam(velleppam).So I thought for what I am waiting for?
I also learned recipe from her to become a star among all of my in laws house.
Oh My God! Do you know what a tough preparation it is? 4-6 hours soaking raw rice in water, grinding with coconut, adding yeast and keep for leavening overnight See how tough it is. Any how I tried it. But appam become gummy.
I totally fed up. I thought this is not meant for me. Meanwhile I saw the add of Double Horse Easy Palappam mix and tried it. You know, no need to think about any measurements or procedure. Just mix it and within one hour you can make it.
Surprising that it is the same taste of my mother in laws palappam. Now we both started using Double Horse Easy Palappam mix. We tried other brands also. But this stands top among all of them. I suggest you all to try this and tell me how u feel.
