Dosa Plaza, Kalighat, Kolkata

Dosa Plaza in kalighat is a nice eatery specializing in south Indian culinary recipe.I happened to go and order Dosa and carried and ate at home.I would say it is worth eating.because the dosa is authentic to taste and seems you are eating dosa in Chennai not in Kolkata.It was masala dosa and full of potatoes and oinions.Spice in dosa enriched its taste.Sambhar and chatni was nice to taste.I had to wait there for 20 minutes.therefore observed the atmosphere.

Few college students were having evening snack at the eatery. Uttaoam was being served to them.It was not very crowded.I had to pay money before it was given to be wrapping up in plastic bag.The flavor of food was authentic, the size was quite big.Staffs were professional.The packing was done in 20 mins only.\Reservations are not required because it has space and good number of chair and tables.

I Kalighat a few south Indian stay and they come and have food everyday.The taste of food was good and perfectEven the rasam was awesome too.

Dosa plaza is located just Kalighat. There are great variety of dosa available.It has more than 30 variety of dosa. All the dosa are very good in taste and available in good low prices. Apart from dosa the medu wada and idli items are also good in taste.

The ambience is average, only few numbers of seats are available. Mostly college going crowd have the food stuff of Dosa plaza. Along with dosa other fast food items are also available, but the special item is only the dosa as it suggest by the name directly.In this dosa shop there is always lots of crowd because of they provide good quality of Dosa
