Food presentation is very poor and low class one. The quantity and the quality of the food is not bad but the taste of the food is very poor. The food is delivered after 25 min that's a very big drawback to this hotel or restaurant. The food and drink are at the decent price but quality is not maintained by the management. Customer service is very poor management they have. They delivered the food after 25 min that's a very big drawback . They keep on delaying my order that's a very poor management. I asked the waiter why the food is delayed and delivered very late but they nod there heads and no reply also. Customer service is also a very big drawback to this restaurant. They have poor management or customer service. Ambience of this restaurant is very bad . The tables and chairs are not well maintained and atmosphere and environment is very poor and low class one. Can't go with the family and enjoy. We should do not except any new on this restaurant. Very bad maintained, can't even sit there and eat the food comfortably. Value of money is very poor because the quantity and the quality of the food is very poor comparatively to the price of the item I ordered. I recommend you to please prefer other which have all facilities clean and tidy one because this is not a place to have the food. This place is north kolkata's one of the most renowned vegetarian restaurants.i have been to this pace many a times with different purposes.

What I like about this place is that Dimpi serves 100 % pure vegetarian food.even the staff of this place do not have non veg food(at least in the restaurant premises

).but still the place could have been much better had there been some more decoration and some interior designing..however, I sincerely believe that this restaurant is above average and it serves fresh food!!!
