I worked in this company for 2 months and I left because of not proper management.They pay very less salary and make work like donkey.

I used to work for 10 hours a day if I ask my time is over they will I have take break long time and didn't login in time properly although I have logged in time only.They will give salary within 10th of the month which is very irritating.Most of the TL do politics whichever employee they like will give casual holiday others they dont approve only.If that employee is absent they will give their workload to us.

The canteen is not so good.If they doubt that we are leaving company they will put it on hold and release after 7 days.

Here, I worked for few months. I really put some efforts to complete the hard jobs. Me and my friends all were cheated by this organisation.

This is not for hard worker and real fighters. Its for management supporting ppl.

If anyone support management( jing jang) taken whatever decision, then the person is valuable, but that person is not having personal experience in work.

Full of politics

Saturday and Sunday also worked for 4 months continuously. At last, they throws most of people.

Their focus only on ppl should be slave, not even try to open their mouth

There is no use of night shift. No allowance

This company is the best company for employees which allows you all facility which is nice.this company also give drop and pick-up facility.even they provide you free call and internet services till you are the employee of them.the infrastructure of office is very beautiful which make happy feeling while working there.even they pay you good enough salary every month.

Even if you work hard they will give you increment on bases of your hardwork. This company also give you employee loan facility with zero percent interest.if your are looking for job in good company you must go for diacritech techologies company which is great.

I was worked in Diacritech it's a worst concern, there is no benefits, and working hours is too high, salary date is every month 10th, very bad increment, no canteen, no Over time benefits.

If you work on sundays there is no food allowance overtime allowance, you should work 12hourse on every day, monthly one day only you have take, if you take leave more than one day they but LOP on the day, the 12 days leave salary they dont give also, please see this site before join this company
