I visited there 2 months back. I exchanged my bangles and bought 2-3 items. Mangalsutra- there staff never told that black beads and white stones value was added to the original amount of item nor they told us that it will deduct from the original amount when we return/exchange it. From very first day the white stones (zarkan) were left from their place. Yesterday I went there and asked them to exchange it. The staff told that value of beads and stones got deducted from the original amount of mangalsutra. I have to bear a loss of apprx 10-14k. Also, they are using very cheap quality of gold. The mangalsutra pendant got broke from one side. So, decided not to give to them. His staff misguided us. They are frauds. Don't buy anything from there.

They are the biggest fraudsters in the industry. I bought a diamond ring for my wedding from them in 2013. In the name of diamonds they are giving cheap and dirty looking glass stones which are actually just rubbish. The ring looks worse than a Rs10 imitation ring available on street markets. The so called diamonds have no shine, clarity, beauty and are extremely ugly to look at.

Once you've ordered it and got it made, they'll not refund your money or take it back also. Though they say they'll take it back fully but they won't. It was just a waste of money.

Looters and cheaters - beware of them!
