I would like to share my personal experience with Delhi Darbar!

Yesterday me and my friends instantly planned to have some quality food. It was definately mixed of choices Veg and Non-veg.

We traveled from Airoli to South mumbai approx 35kms to have quality food.

The moment we entered this restaurant we could recognise the ambience was really very awesome and I could see the staff serving to customers was incredible. We stettle down and started odering the food.

We ordered some veg and non-veg stuffs and belive me all the stuffs which we orderd was really very very delicious especially the rumali roti which was so soft. I’ve explored many restaurant but could not find such rumali roti any where.

Chicken Tandori

To be honest as compared to orther restaurant I found quite economically and the quality food which is served here is most delightfull experience I ever had.

I think its the right place for overcome your hunger!

If one really need to enjoy taste of  variety dishes muglai and chinese  they should visit Delhi Dar bar.

Ever since I have come to Bamby colaba  and choose to taste this restaurants food I have become one of their daily customer.

Muglai foods are so good I never knew and price also in our budget, here providing much enough quantity of food serve.

Their Chinese with little Indian flavors taste is very nice.

Restaurent is very neat and clean and staff is good caring due to getting food very fast serve .

Here decorated very well then families to have their meals . Having lot of table so  you may not have to wait for table

This place is located in colaba market and serves best moghlai food in the vicinity. This place is generally crowded with a lot of waiting.

The ambience is traditional in 70's style decor with wooden tables and chair having two floors with ac section separate at first floor.

Coming to food, in starters tried their tandoori chicken which was perfectly cooked. Since this place is known for moghlai food, all the types of kebabs you try here are amazing and juicy in taste.

They are known for their butter chicken which is a must try dish. Filled with chicken and butter can be eaten with rumali roti or butter naan which is again loaded with butter.

Biryani is a treat here and must be tried. Opt for mutton biryani which has amazing taste and the masala is properly cooked not even much spicy.

Lastly desert, I never leave this place without eating their gajar halwa which is filled with ghee and it is so rich in taste that even if you are full you will feel like eating it.must must try.

The service is a bit slow due to the crowd all the time but it is worth the wait.

The food is a bit priced here, but the food which you eat here you will never regret for the money you pay for it.

Hey Guys on last Sunday I was @Delhi Darbar STEAMPOTRESTAURANTs & Bar.

This place is in South Mumbai near the Regal theater In Colaba. In my this place had the best place to eat Briyani in Mumbai. Although it was crowded but very soon we got a table. For a person who is new in Mumbai this place is best because the Hotel staff were very friendly. They were suggesting me all the Dishes very well even they told me the the some special dishes ingredients. I was very impressed by their friendly behaviour. It was prompt and food was served very quick may be it was because

I loved the place. It was awesome STEAMPOTRESTAURANTs to eat with anyone and everyone with whom you likes eat. Most of the customer were with family and friends.

Food was so yummy . I eat Veg Kohlapuri and roti there it was so yummy even till now I am feeling the taste of the same. The service provided by the Hotel staff was very impressive . the hotel staff was so humble. The place was decent well ambient and file dining. Although the type of the dining I felt was very old kind it felt

The Veg Briyani second dish which I eat was also very good but the non veg chicken Dum Biryani which was tried by my friend was over cooked although my friend told me that was tasty. But one thing which I would like to share that food was very oily even after washing the hand it was on our finger point.Which I even told to staff and they promised that next time it will not happen.

If we go on the presentation made by them it was pretty impressive specially the way they garnisheed . The presentation on the food was very good and which impressed me the most because by looking presentation I felt that it will be so tasty.

As far as we consider the value for the money from my point of view this place is very good for money. From my side it is worthy place if anyone is giving too important to there money.

I love to visit the place again to try the different kind of food from the menu. Even my friend told me the same.

Overall experience was good if we talk about the value for money I can rate it 7.5/10.

Very bad food from her discussing foods of this Hotel is very nice but that food is not good an they food is very big coast and they delivered very slowly I will buy only one type of food and they give me 1hours give me the food and he say give me delivery charges I will can not order food for this hotel and friends you also do not order food for this hotel

I am sharing my experience Delhi Darbar is famous eatery in mumbai. me and my companions each saturday and sunday night supper in Delhi Darbar. We requested our positive dishes like as non veg like as margarine chicken, roasted chicken, chicken biryani, and numerous more.dishes accessible in this eateries. This eatery sustenances are exceptionally irritable and quality is great and best. It emerge from the eatery as a result of this flawless feeling and assortment of sustenance that it serves. 2. Food quality is really Good, Tasty, Yummy.

3. Best dishes are Barbeque Platters ( 10 pieces) , Reshmi Kabab, Butter Chicken and if you are a veggie Then go for Harabhara Kabab, Paneer Kadai. And finally dont forget to eat Chicken/Mutton Briyani as it is the best of all.

Dessert my all time fav Caramel Custard.

my frnds says even fish dishes are good at DD so if you are a fish lover try it out, as I dint had fish so cant say about it. But ppl come at DD to just have fish.

Hello friends I am sharing my experience Delhi Darbar is popular restaurant in mumbai. me and my friends  every saturday and sunday night dinner in Delhi Darbar. We ordered our favorable dishes like as non veg like as butter chicken, tandoori chicken, chicken biryani, and many more.dishes available in this restaurants.

This restaurant foods are very testy and quality is very good and best. It stand out from the restaurant because of this perfect ambiance and variety of food that it serves. It services is best and food and presentation is very good and every food are reasonable prices.

I like it.

The Jaffer Bhai's Delhi Darbar have been a choice for all the Mughlai lovers in town. It's mughlai ambience and the mouth watering biryani & khichda! is a feeling giving a reflex action to our body. The aroma of the food makes you eat more and more.

May be that's their trick but it really works for them as you just can't have a control on yourself! If you are expecting to fill up your day with mughlai cuisine Delhi Darbar can be one of the option in a reasonable rate. But if you are expecting a Chinese or any other cuisine it won't be a good option!

Situated on the bustling avenues of Colaba, this spot is most loved among customers to come and have a dinner following a tiring day of shopping. Open to seating. Furthermore, clean place.Staff is gracious as well. It is one of the best places where I have eaten Mughlai nourishment.

We requested Reshami Chicken tikka and Roomali rotis. The rotis were the gentlest roomali rotis I have ever had. The sauces here are amazing. Impeccable measure of flavor. All around mixed taste.

Altogether, had a brilliant ordeal. Prescribed for individuals who favor quality over amount. Must visit once.

Delhi darbar is one of the oldest restruant located in various parts of india as well as in Mumbai.I have been to this colaba branch many times and I just love coming out here the biryani out here is the best I fell that I get any where in Mumbai.When ever I go out here for dinner or else lunch I just have the biryani be it chicken or mutton both are yummy mouthwatering.

The muglia dishes like the butter chicken as well as the chicken kdai and chicken afgani are worth having with the tandoori roti as well as the butter nan.Do order the tandoori out here it is simply the perfect tandoori I have evr had.

The service of this restaurant is pretty good and the interior is also well managed.The quality of the food is A1 and you will always enjoy the food out here.So if you haven't been to delhi darbar then be here once and dont forget to have the biryani oiut here its just class apart and I can assure you that you will come here again without fail and I highly recommend very body to be here once atleast and have a wonderful experience

This place is understood for serving the simplest Biryani in Bombay and that they don't seem to be wrong in doing that. once it involves Biryani, this place's name itself is enough to bring water to your mouth. I actually have tried their Tikka Biryani and Prawn Biryani and need to admit, they're merely out of this world. therewith whole flavor of spices exploding in your mouth you are feeling such as you are consumption some royal dish so.

It is conjointly price mentioning here that they serve the softest Rumali rotis. I actually have tried them a number of times and that they soft that they merely soften in your mouth.

Delhi darbar has rich and royal tasts . it is very old and ancient resturant. You can get very delious food over there and amazing and delsicious food. I had once gone there for my sisterss birthday party we had awasome fun there. There service was too good and royal. Their serving was in olden mughali types of service. And the utinsilves they were using were aslo of royal and very different type.

The resturant is very classic and real moghalai. The chicken moghalai is the most famaous of delhi darbar. And the interior is also too much good. It has very amazing types of service . they use to take order in tab and the ordeer use to go directly to the kitchen. And then they use to serve us. I suggest you to visit delhi darbar. I went to delhidarbar after atleast 3 years because I was in Mumbai tour for 5 days with my family. we order our favarble dishes like non veg and veg. just like a butter chicken, rumali roti, tandoori roti, biryani cold and luccy all items are unic .and service providing so better than others and to tell the taste has not chaged at all and the best food in Mumbai you will get here only with family.

So if you can say heaven is here is here and here only here in delhi darbar at Mumbai. thanks for this good service

The place has a very basic ambiance - looks like some muglai food place from 20 years ago. We found a seating on a Sunday noon without waiting.

We ordered a non veg platter which was very good. Also they brought it out in no time. We ordered for chicken angarey which was butter chicken with cashew paste flavouring. The food was good.

We ordered punjabi kulfi and ras malai for desert which took longer than the appetizer. Punjabi kulfi was good but not the authentic thing and the ras malai was rasgulla in skimmed milk. That was ok types.

The service of the staff was fast and courteous. Overall a good experience as yes good place to have lunch after shopping out from Colaba.

Mixed Vegetables(Rs.180): Wanting to try out a veg dish, we ordered mixed vegetable curry. It was a white saucy gravy with the vegetables well cooked and not just vegetables thrown in a cup of oil. The flavours very well combined with the veggies and gave a tasty finish to the vegetables.

Roomali Roti(Rs.30): Soft and tasty, almost melting in the mouth. They didn't feel rubbery or chewy!

This is the best place for nonveg peoples. Last week me and my friends visited this place. We didnt kmew about this place before just like randomly we went and ordered and trust me we were very happy with the service and the food they provided.

As we didnt order any veg items so I dnt know anything about the veg food they provode but for nonveg this is the best place . We ordered chicken tikka chicken reshmi kabab and tandhoori for starter and trust me this was just mouthwatering. The taste is really very yummy. Then we ordered mutton dum biryani and this was the best biryani we had so far.

Guys just go once and try this place . The rates are not expensive. The food is really awesome just try it once and u will keep repeating I bet.

Have been here a couple of times. Thankfully both were on weekdays hence didnt need to make prior reservations. The Non vegetarian food was simple superb. We ordered a couple of starters to start with. The captain suggested us Reshmi kabab and Tangdi kabab, well I can say that you need to taste it to know how delicious it tastes. We also ordered mutton biryani, and it meet our expectations.

Properly cooked rice without too much oil and a properly cooked meat. Another good thing about this restaurant is even though its located in Colaba its not very expensive and you can have a meal for 2 in Rs.1000-1500.

During our second visit I went with a vegetarian family, I dont exactly remember what we ordered, but I for sure remember that it was not a good idea to come here for a veg meal. I suggest a veg restaurant rather than this for vegetarians.

Delhi Darbar had been a hype on the 90's, it was one of the best place to have biryani and muglia Dishes, the taste of each of its foodstuffs is also very good and the quantity you get is also very good

It had been the famous biryani center one could ever find in Mumbai, The hyderabadi biryani is one of the coolest dishes that one should try, its food is finger licking and it ends u up for craving for more.

The decorum is also very good and the ambiance is upto the standards that one should expect to have in here, As the name says Its the Darbar of Biryani!
