I have owned Daikin Split AC 1.5 ton for over 3 years now. Works like a charm. Cools the room quickly (18x15 and 12 feet height). I try to get it serviced twice a year (one at the start of March and next towards the end of August). This ensures efficient power consumption and better cooling. All in all, I will 100% recommend the Daikin brand.

Frustrating Process: From installation to performance, the entire experience has been disappointing.


Excessive Noise: The AC is as loud as running two table fans simultaneously.


Inexperienced Installation Team: The young technicians lacked knowledge and left the room in a messy state.


Remote Control Issues: The remote has a tiny, blurry display, making it nearly impossible to read.


Wall Unit Display: There’s no display on the wall unit unless display is switched on every time from remote.


Unexpected Costs: Quoted ₹825 for installation, but I ended up paying ₹2, 240 due to extra charges.

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the poor product /service quality of Daikin Split AC. I am writing this letter to convey my extreme displeasure at the faulty products and HIGH cost of service by Daikin India. I have purchased 2 AC last month 23/02/2024. It has got problem just after 1 month purchase . Such a poor quality of Daikin A/C.


I have lodged a complaint at Daikin care on 23/03/2024 for low cooling, one engineer has visited my home and he is not able to rectify the problem.


Now this is the second time this has happened to me and I am wanting to return it and would like to get cash back.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the Daikin AC I purchased. From the day it was installed, it has not functioned properly. The installation technician was clearly not well-trained, and it took numerous calls before another technician even arrived. When they did, they were unable to resolve the issue. The outdoor unit shuts down automatically after 10 minutes and then starts again 3 minutes later. Some technicians said the PCB was faulty, while others claimed the outdoor unit needed replacement, but none of these issues were fixed. Despite Daikin's reputation, their service quality is extremely poor. I’ve made multiple calls to customer service, but I received no effective support. I expected much better from Daikin and will not recommend their products.

Here I reviewing My experience . On 12-04-2023 I purchase Daikin Ac unit with high hopes for its performance and reliability . However, I have encountered persistent issues with its functionality . In an attempt to rectify these issue, a technician from daikin company visited my home and recommend replacing indoor pcb board which cost 6, 510 . I am concerned about quality of your ac given that it required repair in such a short span of time I purchases this non inverter ac from the PPJ based on their assurance that its board unit is superior to that of inverted AC Now, This claim is Questionable for me and the price of the AC is more then other AC . I am disappointed by this experience . I strongly believe the issues I am facing are due to a manufacturing defect of faulty

I have bought Daikin 1.5 ton AC and 2 saal bhi nahi hue aur compressor kharab ho gye 1 mahina se jyda ho chuka hai thik nahi hua hai …. Kitna bhi mail aap karo company se koi reply nahi aata hai . Service boy aayega 5 se 7 din me ek bar bas dekh ke chala jata hai aur to aur visit charge leta hai aur guarantee wale parts ko change krne ke liye paise charge krta hai. Aur gas khud nikal kar gas dalne ka paisa charge kr rha hai banda. Don’t buy Daikin

I recently bought the Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter Split AC for my living room from a showroom. It cost me around 45, 000 in total right from purchase to installation charge. My overall expereince after buying the AC is that:


The cooling performance is top-notch. Even on the hottest days, the AC cools down my room within minutes. It also has incredibly energy efficient and my electricity bills have minutely dropped since I started using it.


The design is very simple and modern and it aslo match with the interiors. It has a stronger build quality and it does not require much servicing. It require servicing after every 3-4 months and the cost of service is also not much expensive, it is around 500-800 rupees.


One of the best advantage of this AC is that it is very quiet. It does not make much sound so the neighbours does not get disturbed.


This Ac has too many features and modes. The Eco mode is great for saving money and energy. It also has a good Sleep off timer which ensure a comfortable sleep environment.


I think it's worth buying this AC has it has too many features in such a amount as compared to other brands and it's quality and economy is also great as comapred to others.


Also the Daikin company is very helpful. If you came across any problem adn if you contacted the company then they will try to solve your problem as soon as possible mostly within a week.


I highly recommend the Diakin 1.5 ton inverter split AC. It is perfect for anyone who is looking for an efficient, quiet and feature-rich cooling AC.

I am calling for 3 days manager telling only one answer sir staf is will com tomorrow. Not coming It has been 3 days since the staff call so daikin is waste. I am purchasing daikin 1.5 ton.

Having used the Daikin 1.5 Ton Split AC for a few months, I found the experience to be rather underwhelming, particularly given its premium price tag. Here are the key issues I encountered:


• Inconsistent Cooling


Despite Daikin’s reputation for excellent cooling performance, the unit I received was inconsistent. While it did manage to cool the room effectively at times, there were frequent periods where the cooling seemed inadequate, especially during peak summer heat. This inconsistency was frustrating and not what I expected from a high-end brand.


• Energy Efficiency Claims


Although marketed as highly energy-efficient, my electricity bills did not reflect significant savings. The inverter technology, which is supposed to adjust compressor speed to save energy, did not seem to make a noticeable difference. This was particularly disappointing given the higher upfront cost of the unit.


• Noise Levels


Contrary to the advertised quiet operation, the indoor unit of the Daikin 1.5 Ton Split AC produced a noticeable humming sound. This was especially disruptive during the night, affecting sleep quality. I found the noise levels to be higher than what is acceptable for a premium AC.

Worst servicing. They doesn't have own service persons. They will send third party people, they will damage your product while installation and de installation. Customer service also not good. They will not respond while phone. I had faced recently still my ticket is not closed and customer service persons not responding.
