This is again from the dabur's hommade series - other products being tomato puree, ginger paste, garlic paste, coconut milk and ginger -garlic paste among many others .
Lemoneez is a combination of both lime and lemon juice
There is a subtle difference between lime and lemon citrus fruits .
While lime is smaller and greener and more acidic, lemon is yellowish, bigger and less acidic .
Both are very good sources of many vitamins and minerals especially Vitamin A, C and calcium .
Lemon has more vitamin C than lime and the difference is almost twice as much of Vitamin C(lemon)
The Ph of lime is slightly more than that of lemon and both are in the range of 2- 2.60 on the PH scale.
Squeezing a lemon(esp smaller harder lime) has not been a very easy job and lemoneez makes it super easy . **The top of the bottle which is 250ml and equals juice of 25 lemons has a small slit opening to easily pour out the juice.
Dabut refers to it as the no squeeze lemon, with 2 teaspoons full= juice of 1 medium sized lemon.*
I especially like it over my salads with some chat masala and with my green tea with some honey or even simply as nimbu pani .
Vitamin C is key when it come to building ones immunity and regular use of it will create a good overall health for you. Its also supposed to be used as a detox aid, but without added sugars.
Also be mindful of the fact that Vit C is especially prone to damage when subject to high heat and loses its efficacy .
Some lemon juice with lukewarm water and honey(especially raw) is suggested as a way to lose weight if used first thing in the morning on an empty stomach . This drink also acts like an anti viral aid and helps flush the virus out of the system .
Since Its a single ingredient food(well 2 actually but since they are of the same family and so similar, I won't distinguish between the 2) It would be highly recommended by health gurus, its pure, its natural, its invigorating and refreshing, literally, being a power house of mineral and vitamins .
I hope guys move away from artificial thirst quenchers like fizzy drinks, colas, sports drinks(most are loaded with sugars and caffeine), fruit drinks(like slice, mangola etc - which are not fruit juices but sugar concentrated junk really) etc to more natural stuff like nimbu pani, chass, coconut water and fresh fruit juices,
While one is food like the other is food, while one is highly processed the other is not .
While one promotes ill health, fatty liver, more sugar and junk cravings, high blood sugar, inflammations and Obesity the other promotes health, immunity, anti-oxidants and phyto-nutrients .
While one is usually empty-calories the other is a nutrient dense food .(high prana food or drink .)
