BUT AT OTHER PLACES IT WAS NOT ALAIBLE SO I WOULD RECOMUND YOU O VISIT IT AND HAVE A GREAT SAVING

I HAD A BILL OF RS 4350

AND HAVE SAVED RS 2000

WHICH MEANS I HAD TO PAY JUST RS 2350

D-Mart have their outlets in different cities and D-Mart Anand is one of them. The building is very big but lacks parking place. Yes, here parking can be huge problem. Even if you get one it is at owner's risk. The staff here is very cooperative. There is facility of ramp for disabled persons. The security at entrance is separate for male and female. Inside the mall the discounts they offer are great. One can easily save a good amount of money as compared to buying the same item from local stores. The products are checked and changed before the date of expiry. They offer wide range of goods and daily usage things. There are also several billing counters so the billing process is done quickly.

Nice Place for shopping grocery and Household items

You get grocery item with wide Variety.Prices are reasonable and good The product Quality is amazing and super.here is a discount offered on most of the products sold. The collection of items is also very comprehensive and they even have apparel and footwear. The ambience is also very cool as the store is air conditioned and well maintained. The store staff is also very cordial towards customer and have polite behavior.

Being the largest one among Vasai-Virar, this place invites customers in abundance. It has always got offers on the items needed for basic living. From groceries, to pantry, clothing and footwear - it has all. I have visited it on multiple occasions and have always bought items out of the specified list because of great deals and offers.

I living in Hinjewadi from 9 Years, So Prchase all grocery and stationary from DMart only beacause only quality of Grocery & Price of grocery also very good comparing other shop and market.

Also I found all grocery clean neat.

They also Sale cloths, they are not selling expensive cloth but goot quality. The quality of clothes are good in cheaper rate. Trial rooms available their thats why You can try before purchasing the clothes.

They also sale School required material like books, scale, pen, compass, many more.

Over experience was best.

The manager Raghu K employee ID 10006743 is the most idiot and not at all customer friendly, lazy chap in the store. I do not know why D Mart hires such guy to manage their store. I went to the store today for monthly grocery purchase like every other month. Earlier I had lots of complaints which used to be resolved or remained unresolved and I ignored it. Today it was heights of rudeness shown by this so called manager. We had a small hand bag and an infant to carry, as per the rule the bag has to be locked before entry but the hand bag did not have such option hence they wanted to keep it in DMart bag and lock it. I spoke to the manager that if you do so just give a spare bag as well to carry mobile and water bottle etc as the Dmart bag is not provisioned with an external pouch. The manager spoke very rudely and told that is not possible and he needs to speak to the management to provide an extra bag. When I asked, what for now, he told to complain to any one in DMart website and cant do shopping. I thanked him for kicking out a customer just because he is not capable to provide an additional bag which is ultimately returnable while exit. Wow, DMART, you will go a long way. I could not do shopping today and was insulted by your manager for asking for an additional bag. I have a suggestion for you if your manager cant take such small decision, he is not worth the position that he holds and he must be given an intense training on how to speak to a customer. I have been working in retail for 12 years and I have never seen a manager speaking to a customer like that. Any ways I know one customer complaint wont do much to that idiot but its my duty as a customer to intimate the company he is working with. thanks.

There are two D Marts in close proximity situated in Veersandra and Bommasandra. Still none of them sell Fish or Vegetables.

However the DMart is only hypermarket available this area other than METRO cash and carry.

Pricing is OK for almost everything. Diwali sweets purcahsed from here. Got unbelievable offer.

I think d mart is the best for regular kirana items like toothbrush, soaps, creams, diaphars, oils, rice, etc.

Compare to other stores price stag of dmart lower than others, I regularly going to dmart on week days.

The only problem with dmart is large que at the bill counter, and always crowdy place. Yesterday I buy clothes for childrens low price with good quality. I recommend demart for kirana and general items. Happy to shop in this store. May my review works for you. thank you

Have been a regular customer for last six months. Poha purchased at Ramanathapur had worms. Similarly no one guides you to which rice is old and best. Cheap yes-probably on a purchase of say Rs 5000-you will end up saving Rs 100-200 compared to MORE or Ratnadeep-but quality a big NO.

I have a personal experience on that shop is very good. Because they have all product which is used in a daily life but in a reasonable price. They were providing us in reasonable prise because they buy in bulk in a product. That's way it's suffusion for all. D mart is a super market it's based in maharastra itself. It's an adani group. Just like big bazaar but D mart always give different types of offer to the people who shops here. No doubt daily people visit there for daily needs product . Prices are reasonable all grocery , fresh vegetable fruits, milk clothes you can get only under one roof.

Staffs are impolite, please give training to cash counter staff and other floor sales support team.

Very poor.  Always counters are crowdy.  Have to wait for long time to reach the counter, they need to increase their counter staff

Seawood Dmart has good stuff at reasonable rates but the management is not bothered about shoppers convenience else they would take care of basics like trolleys should work and have wheels that can be rollled(?)

Floor staff is not helpful at all.

In general I like d- mart and for groceries I do prefer it as well and the nearest branch of d- mart from my place is in kandivali west so, I visited there for the shopping of groceries.

What it looked like to me was a conplete fish market, first of all the size of d- mart is actually very small and if 20-30 people are shopping together in there it starts to look like a fish market. secondly the staff doesn’t have any manners and they shout at you like they are doing you a some kind of favour for letting you in. My bag that I kept outside the mart was losted by the watchmen. The managing system is worst there, you can actually see the groceries lying around the floor and you cannot stand at a place for a minute to have a look at the product, you have to keep moving because of the crowd, and result I didnot bought anything from there and thought that I will come later but same thing happened again , now I don’t go there anymore.

Here we can get many items to buy at low price than MRP of products

we get discount and we can also get cupons for discount and cashback when we buy produsts at bulk amount.

the problem is they served OUT OF DATE STOCK to me except that all is good and I have complained to the manager and soon he refunded to me . and some extra cupons to change mood.

D Mart is fine in terms of Billing and Customer Care at few locations like Jaya Nagar Vijaya Nagar ( Bengaluru) but Tirupati & Nellore are the worst. Out of 15 Counters only 5 are operational and others are closed all the time. Customers has to wait for long time to get billed. No Proper Management. Although they display 7% discounts but it is for the private labelled products. Waste of Time.

LOKESH ( Nellore Store ) cannot even talk to customers instead he is chit chatting with the staff rather helping the billing person.

I think the Senior Level Management had lost interest after company gone Public.
