Service is very poor. Staff in Security is not good. They don't know how to talk with customers. I had come with my bag. I was asked to keep bag on parked bike and said we can not keep bag with us.. it's very pathetic service

D mart is a very good option for buying any product in reasonable price. Iam going in D mart since 2010 and I am experiencing very good results. I always prefer D mart for buying any product in my budget it's all offers are great

Today morning ( 2nd July 2020) , I brought many things from D mart panvel when I was billing at the trolley counter I asked her to some 5-6 things to keep back. The person at the counter put back a item from already billed goods we didn't knew about that but now after checking the things I found out that the thing is already billed but she put that. Now this not done the counter Attendant should be aware of her work not to put already billed things back to left over goods. Please train your counter attendants??

I usually buy almost everything from D Mart Vijayanagar, The place is well maintained and it is nice place to buy Groceries, toiletries, some food items as well. The stock is always fresh and good discount is available. You do also get home appliances, footwear, bags, etc as well at good price. Staff also is very helpful. Overall a one stop shop close to my house. Parking is some time a problem.

In case of online delivery payment is always taken in advance ...no COD....but no fixed date for delivery....mine delayed by 5 days and still no trace..the delivery charges are also steep...30% of invoice value compared to Swiggy/ Zomato/ Scootsy which have a set rate (rs 25-50) & same day delivery from grocery stores/ fruit & veggie sellers

Yesterday i was at Dmart, Kolshet Road in the evening. Took a coupon earlier and waited in the que. At the entrance I showed and threw the coupon in a box provided. Later I was not allowed enter saying that I did not have a coupon. 3 to 4 of their staff came up rudely saying that I was lying. Manager named Riyaz was also rude and all of them embarrassed me creating a scene at the entrance.

Extremely poor and inconsiderate and insulting behaviour. Dmart does not care for customers.

I'd used the online shopping a couple of times. The second order had 2 400 GM's packets of Vanish. The order was delivered on 20th May with the item of Vanish Oxy Action 15 nos, rate 55 total Rs825.00. however on opening the box there were just 2 packets. So in effect I paid Rs 825 for the Vanish!!

Complaint was made on 21st and again on 24 and again on 27, each time you get a confirmation of ' complaint received and will be attended to in 48 hours ' but I'm still waiting.

What do I do now????

A multistory market for all the required commodities, D Mart is opened in the heart of the Bhopal city in Hoshangabad Road.

There are underground parking facilities available and it is huge. Even in the busiest days there is enough space to park your car woth the facility to directly go inside the mall through lift making life easy.

The ambience is good but not as great as the D mart stores opened in other areas of the city. The floor space is less as compared to other stores.

The store offers you a great variety and choice for products. There are choices for every choices of goods be it eatables, electronic goods, consumer durables etc. and there area a plethora of choices.

Value for money is the best part of a D Mart store. There are various offers on almost all commodities in the store. The discounts provided is good as compared to the small retail stores. Taking into account the product variety, ambience, convenience to shop for every commodity under the same roof and the great value for money offered by the store, D Mart is a commendable destination for shopping of food and household commodities.

The staff at entrance is very rude behaviour with the customers. Here our mistake is also there guys, simply standing hours in que with patience and providing our total earnings to DMart, very bad culture which we adopt this shopping style..... Where as we unable to spend even ten minutes also at small shops, why? Just think once, we used to visit DMart for discounts, but when we verify, going for 500 purchasing for 5000... Simply waste of money by excess purchases than required. I think for vijayawada, d mart not required, we have so many wholesale shops for everything with in 2 km range with more discount.... So finally, we have to encourage small shops nearby our locality and help for development of economy......unhealthy environment possible If more customers visits, as we are in pandemic situation of covid 19

My order no.16590159 for Rs. 5000+, was supposed to be home delivered on 27th May, 2020 is yet to be delivered.

The phone no is temporarily out of service.

How can I contact to him.

Dmart is closed for a long time and online booking is going on order placed on 17/05/2020 as per slot delivery at 21/05/2020 still not received. If Dmart is closed atleast pickup a call and say something to customer regarding delivery.

I love shopping at D Mart, the groceries here are available at reasonable prices. Arranged very well. You will find different sections like groceries, clothing, cosmetics, stationary, etc. which are very helpful in buying.

It's great that you guys are delivering in such hard times... Appreciate that... But don't take advantage of that and cheat people... It's ok if you not deliver all the listed items we understand but don't charge double the amount of item... This happened 2 times now. While offering the price in app is something else and while receiving is different. Price should be based on app. Need to change the prices in database.

Earlier it was good. But in today's delivery which I booked on Wednesday got only 20% of non essential items. Essential Items like Rice serials food items are missing. is gross negligence of pick boy who helping for billing I think. If we personnally visit store its available. It seems system goof up by the staff seems.
