We do not have in past the dmart store near our home

but now they are only 4km away

which can easy to go and take monthly Rashan in budget

Last week, I purchased kala chana from Dmart Alwar. However when soaked overnight, it was found that a large number of these chanas did not soak water and were as it is, while rest of others become at least thrice in size. It appears that some mixing is there, which is not acceptable from Dmart. Now, I will twice before purchasing any such item from Dmart. I would try to upload photograph of the same.

Yesterday, I placed an online order (order number 127561618) and scheduled the delivery for today between 7 AM to 10 AM. However, at10 AM, I received a message informing me that the delivery would be delayed due to some internal operational issues. I called the customer service center, and the representative told me that I would receive my delivery later this evening. I am now forced to wait for the delivery all day and cannot go out. If the delivery cannot be made on time, why offer a delivery slot and charge for delivery?

I want my delivery charges refunded..

On February 29, 2024, I purchased a "Real Kitchen" non-stick pan from D Mart Raipur located at D Mart Raipura, Ring Road No. 1, Dindayal Upadhyay Nagar, Raipur, Chattisgarh 492001, India. The product was accompanied by a claim of a 1-year warranty. However, upon using the pan, it became deformed in shape, rendering it unusable.

On March 22, 2024, I visited D Mart Raipur to return the defective product and avail of the warranty exchange. I presented the original invoice (Bill No. 480303015-004564) as proof of purchase. However, the administration at D Mart Raipur refused to honor the warranty exchange, citing the absence of a separate warranty card.

Despite explaining that the warranty card was not provided separately at the time of purchase and that the product itself did not include any terms and conditions regarding the warranty, the administration maintained their refusal. They directed me to contact the product company's toll-free number (1800 123 222 292) for assistance, but all attempts to reach them were futile as the number was switched off.

Furthermore, D Mart customer care reiterated that once a product is sold, the responsibility lies solely with the product company, failing to acknowledge their obligation as the retailer.

This refusal to honor the warranty exchange and the lack of assistance from both D Mart Raipur and the product company is unacceptable. It is a clear violation of consumer rights and a breach of trust on the part of D Mart.

I urge D Mart to review its policies and practices to prevent such incidents in the future and uphold consumer rights.

Very bad place to shop. Very disappointing experience. Quality of products are not good. The staff is mostly of uneducated people who have no idea what they are doing there. Checking out was a nightmare, stood in couple of queues, no idea what was happening. Finally got to counter and started placing my items on the counter, and the lady says this is Express counter only 8 items allowed. So frustrating, left all the items and walked out. Wouldn't advise anyone to shop here. Haiko is a lot better, friendly staff, always eager to help.

Quality is too poor. Staff very much rude. Adulterated products. Bakery products not upto the mark.male staff working on higher position seems to be illiterate. They don't have any product knowledge. Adulterated products will not be accepted and it the duty of different organization handling such issues to look into the matter for public interest

Small shops are far better. Quality is not upto the mark. Local administration of indore must take initiative to keep surveillance over such super markets

This incident happened at shaikpet demart hyderabad on March 13 2024 timing 4:30pm..After I had finished paying my bill and was leaving the store, at the exit asked me to take off my cap. She checked ot thoroughly and then questioned me, wondering of i had stolen it because they sell similar items on the first floor. I assured her that i had purchased the cap myself from outside local vendor since their establishment did not carry that specific material. She mentioned that she would review the CCTV footage. I responded by saying that she could go ahead and check because I had nothing to hide, as I hadn't taken anything from her store that i considered to be a low quality. The price for the cap they are selling is only around 100 to 200rs. I understand that it is part of their job to check everyone at the exit point., but there is a proper way to approach customers and ask then to come aside without insulting infront of others., the behavior of the staff at the shaikpet branch near Tolichowki hyderabad on March 13th, 2024 at 4pm was very unprofessional.

D Mart items are very cheaper than other markets, but quality wise DMart goods are not at all good.Whatever you save amount in DMart you have to spent double than the amount in Hospitals for your treatment.Be careful and thinks once again before buying in DMart.

Rude Staff.

We purchased some groceries, the biller was throwing the biscuit packets post scanning + the lady named Harshada at Popcorn counter did not take customers as per Queue. We did launch a oral compliant. @ Dmart time to teach staff ..Each Customer matters and there are many more options like Reliance Smart and Tata group. We don't mind paying a penny extra for good behaviour. Kindly improve

I had purchased 8 no. Of Rozana Basmati rice bag of 5 kg on 23.01.24 but the of the rice is broken and the cook refused to cook the biryani with this rice for the function, it was a horrible experience to me from the Brand like Dmart. I sincerely request to refund my money.

It was very painfull to see an old lady's trying footwear size while sitting on floor. Dam it was very shameful to see. Atleast D-Mart can arrange sitting in options in footwear section
