I purchased an HP Victus 15(i7, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, RTX 4050) from Croma Jalandhar on 31st January 2025, with confirmation that the laptop would be arranged from VR Mall Mohali and delivered on 1st February 2025. However, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it had only 512GB SSD instead of 1TB, which was not what I ordered.
When I immediately raised this issue, Croma staff denied any replacement, stating that this was the only unit available. To make matters worse, the laptop has severe battery drain issues, which I reported within one day of purchase. Despite my complaints, they wasted time until the 7-day replacement window expired and later refused any resolution.
Their service center falsely claimed there was no issue, and my complaint has been ignored. This is clear misrepresentation, poor customer service, and unethical business practices.
?? Customers beware! Do not trust Croma’s promises, and always double-check your product before activation. I have already filed a complaint with the Consumer Court, and I will escalate further if not resolved.
