Very very bad service

Croma service is really very bad.

Please donot purchase anything from atleast this Croma marathalli store. They take week for delivery and another 4-5 days for installation. Their phone number will be busy always.

I tried calling Croma customer care, it took 15 mins to connect to one executive and then she said this is how it works and then put call on hold saying I will transfer to supervisor

Most digital items available with good discount

Croma store has high number of products including digital and electronics items. They have high variety of products with good discount rates. I have purchased Dell Laptop Inspiron 15 3000 series 2 years back with good discount of 2000 Rs along with that free subscription of Mcafee Antivirus for 1 year. Croma is good value for money and you can select variety of different items with marginal rates.
