Worst Store i ever visit they sell me a old hp laptop in name of band new one . The laptop have streches on back panel the battery stay only for 5-6 minutes only . This is the condition of laptop . Worst service ever they told me before purchasing if i have any issue with the laptop they give me the new one . I purchased it on next day of purchase the laptop is dead and now they tell me to keep the laptop with me . The corma stores are cheaters I wasted my money and they are not responding me . The worst store i have ever visited .

Croma is incompetent in market. Customer service is the worst. The staffs are not capturing the customers' dissatisfaction. No compliance policy. Staffs are shouting at customers and managers are not working on Sunday.

I asked for service of my window AC and technicians are calling for repair of remote. Wow! This is the service we are expecting from croma.

I bought Voltas Ac on 23 rd april and after buying it , the sales team told me that the ac will be delivered to my address the next day and the installation will be done on 25 th april and before buying it they were continuously answering to my calls , but when the installation team didn't turned up, i called the sales person they denied my calls after so many trials, till now i have not received any feedback from them and even manager is not able to give me a positive feedback.

I bought a Lenova Yoga 500 after their assurance and praise for the model. Believe me i have not been able to use it since purchased it last year. Once sold their concern is over. The way they sell you rejected pieces which they get in very low price is surprising. Please dont fell in Croma trap. It will give you just jerks.

I order 3-4 items from croma online store this years and guess what, I never got a single product in 100% perfect condition. For example I ordered earphone, Ear buds were missing from packet, I ordered VR SET, Lenses were not in good condition, I ordered cordless phone, It never turned on since the day I purchased. Every time I call their customer care, Only response I hear from them is to visit their store. Com'n guys, If I am able to visit your store, why the heck I would place an order from your online store. They are just fooling us around. I would suggest you to not buy anything from them at all or if you want to buy, go visit their stores and check everything before you buy however that is also useless cause they don't even show you the product which they are going to send you. They just show you the best quality Items which are there at their storefront to fool around. Worst service and Useless customer support. Once they get the money you keep on chasing them, No body is there to listen.

Bought 3 iPhone x’s ., assures cashback after 3 months.

No cashback yet ., inaccurate information ., pathetic customer service. The least you can do is inform the customer formally about the same.

And please note when I was purchasing the phones I couldn’t see 3 customers complaining at the outlet itself.

Speaks volumes about your mAnasultangement.

None the less I may have to waste my Petrol and physically visit your store @east of Kailash.

Definitely not using Croma in the future.

I purchased two 1.5 ton 5 star window AC, Croma Brand from Rajouri Garden, Delhi Branch. from the first day onwards cooling is very less. I registered a complaint but case was closed by their technician with out even visiting site. I re registered complaint again.they visited three time. but croma technician never carry any eqpt for solving the issue.  till date( already two months passed) issue is not solved. I took help from a local vendor and from first physical inspection he identified the problem in gas pressure.  due to my foolishness I already purchased 2 year extended warranty also. total money gone to vain. please do not not become a victim of croma

He has been by far the worse salesman I have ever come across in my life. Despite crome being an multibrand showroom, this salesman was so desperate in selling me oppo phone that he did not tell me anything about other phones. I wanted to go for Vivo V9 but he did not tell me anything about it and just focussed on oppo. Worse experience.

I had purchased a Samsung note 8 from my HDFC Money back platinum credit card with an on doing offer for cash back of Rs 8000 dated 14/10/2017 which will automatically credit to my credit card account with in the time spam of 2 months. But till date I had only received the amount of Rs 6000 in my credit card account as cash back on undermentioned dates. So I requested them to please credit the balance amount in the same credit card account. The copy of the bill of mobile phone and credit card statement is also mailed to them for their ready refrence. But finally they are saying that there is no offer at that time in which there is cash back of Rs 8000. And they even added that the offer was valid only for 2 criteria on the purchase of phone Samsung note 8 ie. one is for Rs 4000 and Rs 6000. I mentioned that how can a sale executive can lie to the customer at different outlets of Croma( Karol Bagh, Rajouri Garden& Saket select city walk) that there is an offer going on with cash back on phone for Rs 8000 while standing in the premises of Croma.

And after sending lots of mails and even as per telephonic conversation and explaining them I keep on getting message that the case is resolved, which is not resolved yet.

I had purchased 2 AC from croma store in Galleria Mall sector 18 noida in december 2017 and after installation of AC I complained to them regarding less cooling on 1st may 2018 vide complaint Service request DEL280418FS00803 but to my surprise nobody called nor visited my place till yesterday i.e., 28th may, As the weather was getting hotter I made a visit to same showroom on 28th may and complained to Mr Surjit Singh regarding my complaint& no visit of service person who assured me that the complaint will be taken seriously and what ever matter it will get attended by tomorrow, he sounded confident and even gave his mobile no 8745902887 for any delay of services and once again logged complaint no DEL280518F'S00548, & DEL280518F'S00554 but to my surprise no one botheted to call nor any one visited my home. On calling him at 10.pm he told me that he was on leave and as such he could not help me, on requesting him for the no of any senior person from company he did not provide any and told me to wait till 12.30pm tomorrow as showroom opens that time and will let me know the difficulty in providing services.

This is pathetic and I am cursing the day I purchased product from croma store as there staff seems to be helpless and more intrested in selling there cheap products by misguiding customers to any extent. They dont have enough service people to attend customers and most of them seems to have given up there jobs for some good company.

I recommend everyone not to go for there cheap products and services as even low quality chinese products will perform better than Croma.

Have registered a complaint one month back. No technician is ready to pay a visit or call. Every time I call the support number, they say we have escalated the issue. They are trying their best to make the customer feel helpless.

And, guess what this is CROMA, a TATA enterprise.

Pathetic service. I have purchased McCoy cooler from Croma Rohini unity mall. They sent the defective piece. From day one I'm calling to them to rectify the issue. On this dewali I had visit croma store. There are variaty of electronic products. They display the products and they explain how to use and how it work in a peace ful manner.

I bought a wireless speaker of sony. I took the speaker to my home and no one like the speaker in my family. Then I was not able to understand what will I do . whether they will change the speaker or not. Then finaly I went to croma and they change my speaker very easily even I used that for 3 days. I like the service of croma and I will visit again when I want to buy any electronic item.

Yesterday I purchased a laptop from chroma outlet in Rajouri Garden and I was assisted by Deepak. His service was excellent, despite me panicking due to of data from the old laptop, he was always there to assist me. He lended me his pen drive for the data transfer, and also deleted his data for the same. Till the time I did not left the store, despite purchasing my laptop, he was there with me. Hence his service was excellent, and as a customer I was highly satisfied, and happy with his service.

I purchased the Croma LED TV from croma. Being a TATA product I thought product would be very good quality but the product is very worst and the after sales service is also very worst.Every time I call the service help desk, they reply saying their service engineer will call within 24 hrs but I haven't got any call till now  . After calling several times they said

the repair cost of RS 10000 LED Tv will be around 11000.

I majorly purchase electronic goods from Croma Retail stores here in Delhi and Noida.

I have visited them multiple number of times and have always been impressed by the hospitality of their sells persons.

The best part is that no one ever try to force sell a product here, rather they provide the much needed information as demanded by the customers.

Recently I went on to purchase an AC from their store. They had a lot of options available in variety of brands. I had a good number of choices. Apart from the hospitality of the seller another area which attracted me was the variety of offers they had. I received multiple discounts on my product.

Overall a very good experience!

You tend to feel like a part of their family once you walk in .

Ordered a hard drive from thrm over a month ago and paid for next day shipping. I never got it. Now they don't even respond to my request of a refund! I had told them that I will no longer be in the county to receive the product after a certain date and they still tell me they haven't decided whether to return my money or send the hard drive to an address that I am no longer at. This is a terrible terrible company to deal with!
