Croma ki service or croma ke product bilkul khrb hai...mene apne tv ki complaint ki hue hai koi response nhi hai ....or tv sale krte time croma ne promise kya tha ...ki sir koi problem Hui to apko replacement di jayegi but...2month se upar ho gye mujhe complaint krte hue croma ki side se koi response nhi hai .....na apne promise pura kya ...croma hamesha apne coustomer ke sath fraud krta hai croma jhutha hai or hamesha jhuth bolta hai....
That’s my experience with Croma. Don’t recommend anyone to purchase anything from Croma Online. Very disappointed with their delivery & customer service.
Croma gives very bad service. I had bought a vacuum cleaner. Even after complaining about it, no solution was found. The quality of the product is the worst. Croma gives the worst service.
I had an issue of blackout screen 2 months ago when my TV was in warranty, these croma technicians are so smart that they fixed a wire temporarily and i kept on insisting that it will happen again please give me a permanent solution but nothing was done.
And now today when my TV is out of warranty and i am facing the same issue they are charging me RS800 as visiting charges.
This is insane and just tricks to dupe customers.
Not expected from croma.
Don't take anything from croma, their post sales services are very poor.they will not take responsibility of the product that they were selling.
Earlier I used to purchase products from croma but this time it was very disappointing ??

I recently visited Croma, Delhi and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The store is huge and well-stocked with all the latest electronics and appliances. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to assist.
The store has a great selection of products from all the top brands, from TVs to mobiles, refrigerators, air conditioners and more. The prices were very reasonable and my purchase was a great deal.
The customer service was excellent as well. They answered all my questions and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and courteous and made sure I was happy with my purchase.
I was also impressed with the wide variety of after-sales services that the store offered. From installation and repairs to warranty, they were able to provide everything I needed.
Overall, my experience at Croma, Delhi was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase electronic appliances. The store provides quality products at great prices and the customer service is top-notch. Highly recommended!

Want to alert about tata Neu croma. As I ordered a mobile phone from their site. Firstly I received a product which was sealed open so i returned it bcz it may be used product. When it was delivered back to company in original condition then after I received product in exchange. Due to some unavoidable circumstances I was not able to open at the time of delivery. After 2 3 days when I opened it it was dummy phone. After contacting customer care they were giving Redmi customer care contact no. After that they said returned period is over and said your issue is resolved. Now I have to go for Fir and consumer forum.plz guys be alert form this site. Try to open and check your stuff at the time of delivery like Flipkart is doing.
3rd class service not product knowlage staf & manager mr. Sahil and ritu singh all staff and manager is are very bad service. And gard also is very rudly behaviour.
Croma company is very fake wrong commitment I have purchased LED TV But no one came to install the TV at home and the TV stand did not even come with the TV. Very bad experience with croma company ????

I bought an AC care plan while purchasing something at Croma, Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I called them up on Monday to avail the AC care plan. First, they told me that the care plan was not reflecting on my bill while it clearly was. Then, after many calls, they finally said that I could avail my AC care plan. I requested for AC servicing on Saturday since I could finally manage to convince them that I had indeed bought the care plan. I got a confirmation message telling me that the on site engineer would come on Saturday between 10 am - 2 pm. It is now 4:45 pm and I still have not heard from them. I called the customer care number again but it was of no help. Never ever purchase any care plan from Croma. They will make your life miserable. They have ruined my entire week. It is extremely unprofessional of them to make it this difficult for customers to avail their services. It is not like I am asking for a free service. I paid money for it.
I bought a MacBook Air 13 inch from Croma Store in Ambience Mall Gurgaon in Dec 2020. The MacBook costed around ?/- and I was suggested to buy 2 year extended warranty for it so that in case any problem comes in the product after the standard 1 year warranty, it will be fully covered. Having spent so much I purchased the 2 year warranty scheme for around ?/-. However, the warranty cover was of On-siteGo. In the month of January 2022 I encountered problems with the charging of MacBook Air and contacted Croma Customer Support desk at their Ambience Mall Store who did not extend any kind of help and asked me contact OnSitego for availing services duringthe extended warranty period. On contacting Onsitego for addressing the issue they simply refused to give any solution to the problem or provide replacement during the warranty period. Whereas when I checked with the Authorised Apple Service Center at Delhi they were ready toprovide replacement of the faulty adapter to resolve the charging problem during the warranty / extended warranty period. However, the 2 year extended warranty scheme was not showing updated against my MacBook in their system & database as it was from Onsitego. Now, I have been put in a fix and am stuck with a MacBook I am unable to use. I have been made to undergo so much of mental agony of not getting the expected relief during the extendedwarranty period.It is a clear nexus and fraud between Croma & Onsitego where actual services & warranty cover is not provided during the extended warranty scheme purchased from Croma; especially Apple products, Instead, it is better to buy Apple products as well as extended warranty scheme through their Authorised Apple showrooms and not get fooled by Croma who are selling unreliable & fraud warranty schemes of Onsitego. They are clearly minting money and are not able to actually provide any kind of warranty cover or service support in case of a product purchased from their Croma store. I request people to be aware and should avoid purchasing Apple products from Croma & never opt for warranty scheme of Onsitego.
Selling products without warranty through Flipkart. They generated Fake GST invoice. Pathetic customer care services. Please stay away from the worst store.
Worst experience with Croma Pacific Anand Vihar ....I had purchased one samsung led tv from croma and I was told during purchasing that my led has 2 years of manufacturing warranty ( one year comprehensive and one year additional on panel) and I purchased two years of extended warranty. However when I faced some issue in my TV in second year , I checked and found that my TV has only one year of manufacturing warranty. I was reallycheated by Croma. Croma is diminishing and destroying the reputation and name of TATA. I think Tata should close the Croma.
Yesterday I purchased Vivo 19. Mobile from croma store Vegas Mall Dwarka. mobile is not supporting App and Hanging . I spend on 25813.00 rupees.This is my Humble request to you that Please do not purchase any Item from this cromaa store. All items are defective
