Croma has worst customer support team.
I bought a digital camera for 14000 from Croma. They had the offer saying that there will be 5% cash back if you shop through Axis bank card, or Icicibank debit card, . and so on.
The offer was during June 2015. I shopped with my icicibank debit card. hoping that I will get the cash back. They had mentioned that the cashback will be received till 5 Aug, 2015. But I did not recieve any cash back till date.I approached the Bangalore store from where I bought my camera, to my shock, they first told that the offer is not valid below 15, 000.
I showed them the printout of the offer where it was mentioned that the offfer is valid for purchase more than 10, 000. Then they agreed and told that the cashback will be received by next thrusday. I waited till next sunday but nothing happened. Next weekend, I again went to them for the clarification.
Now they asked me my bank account statement. I gave them, they told that the cashback will be received by next thrusday.I waited till next Sunday but nothing happened.Next weekend, I again went to them for the clarification.
Now they asked me my debit card photocopy.I gave them, they told that the cashback will be received by next thrusday.I waited till next sunday but nothing happened.I raised complaint mentioned the issue, they told it will be resolved by next weekend.
But they closed the complaint without resolving the issue. I called them to reopen complaint, they raised a new complaint and told it will be resolved by next weekend. But they closed the 2nd complaint without resolving the issue.Now I have raised complaint 3rd time.
I am still not sure if they want to resolve the issue or not. IF ANY CROMA STAFF IS SEEING THIS, PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Is this the way such a HUGE COMPANY DOES CUSTOMER SERVICE? IF YOU CONTINUE TO WORK LIKE THIS, I BELIEVE YOU WILL NOT LAST FOR MORE THAN 1-2 YEARS, and OTHER COMPETITORS WILL KILL THE BRAND AND THE COMPANY.
