Bought washing machine from Croma and they charged 2000 more than market I choose to return which they on call agreed and asked us to come to store to fullfill formality once we reached store they denied saying anything about return and said that we called you for counselling. They are cheaters nothing else.

Very cheap electronic products from Croma. They should be banned from selling their products in market.


I bought 48 inch Croma LED tv 2 weeks back from Banashankari branch. They convinced us to buy their own product, though we had plans of buying LG!


Service is good only till we make the payment. We have to followup multiple times to have the technician visit our home and help us in setting up the tv.


Technician- Abhishek, who visited after a week( after multiple followups), damaged the screen at the time of alignment.


He is not ready to accept his mistake and claims that the physical damage has been done by us!


Left side display is gone and till date we have no assistance from any of the Croma members. They finally asked us to visit their store on 13th March and it was all just for formality.


They are arguing that the physical damage has been done by family members and there is no mistake from their technician.


TV was working fine till the technician visited us and started hitting the screw behind for wall mounting.


Suggest people not to buy their cheap quality products. They claim themselves as Tata product!


Should have read the reviews before purchasing. Hope atleast my reviews help others and save them from loosing money and wasting time.

"Pay N follow up" for Delivery,Installation

I thought Chroma was good until I purchased this microwave oven from Royal Meenakshi mall. They provide excellent service, however only till you pay them for the product. Once payment is done, you will have to do an excellent job following up for delivery. After delivery, we will have to follow up for installation. Until I called their customer care for installation status, their system wasn't even showing it as delivered. You forgetting to follow up is equivalent to you forgetting the product and your money. Their customer care are trained to say couple of sentences, that they have put our request and on high priority and that they will get back. They don't have a definite answer to your queries until you make them understand that you called to get a query answered. Service is bad and they don't have a mechanism to call to their retail outlet to speak about the status. They flash a customer care, which does not really care.

today my review is about Croma, Bangalore. I use to go there for 3 times recently for buying a surround sound home theater for my friend. What I see there that most of the product in unknown brands or most of the croma's own brands but that is oky if the after sales is good enough. There customer orientations is mostly poorest is this field. If You just go there for check the product then they not give any value to you or even they can't explain about the products they looking that they are not interested to sale the product to you or given any information about your inquiry.


And about there product what I can say, I think most of the people are suffered from this. we are also suffer after buying the product from there. My friend was bought a home theater within just 2 weeks of use the sound become stop from one side speaker and the biggest disappointment is that the 3.5mm jack tore out with in 4 days. So I ask that it is manufacturing defect or croma sale this types product and when we went there for change this product because it is in warranty period but this time real faces comes out now there explanation or excuse what is this that- "we can't change the product because we are just sale the product we don't know about internal problems you have to contact with that company may be they can help you." And the price of product is really higher than other electronic stores because the same product one of my friend buy from other electronic store they pay 800 rupees lesser than croma price. I'm totally unsatisfied with everything about Croma.

I have ordered a product from croma with express shipping option and they didn't delivered on time they have very poor delivery system. Whenever I call them they say your requst will be fulfilled within working 24 hrs but not recieved yet. Never order anythng from croma as these guys suck your money, mind and time. I am gonna sue these guys

Being a TATA enterprise, I expected Croma to be customer friendly.


I have been chasing them for a week now to get my Split AC installed by their technician. Every time I call the service helpdesk, they reply saying, they shall send a mail with priority, and confirms the job shall get done the same day. Nothing happens.


They cant even trace the technician, or share a number to talk to.


Now decided to get a local technician to get the job done.

I bought Refrigerator in JP nagar Croma branch, Bangalore, they delivered damage product.


I raised complain but no solution. Samsung reported as physical damage and no replacement. Finally croma dealer saying that we delivered good product after 4 month of complain taken.

Dear Gadgets & Electronics Buyers


Am sharing here my experience faced with Croma Retail, Bangalore, Purchase a Godrej


refrigerator double door 311 ltrs on 30-Apr-16, as a precaution we have locked the refrigerator door, due to some reason it got stuck and never opened, as usual raised complaint with Godrej on 5-Apr-16, the technician turned up on 10-Apr-16 late evening, as he was unable to unlock the door, he broke the lock and asked us to use the refrigerator till the door got replaced, now started my conversation with both the parties Godrej and Croma, no once responded somewhere in the 2nd or 3rd week of May'16 a door got delivered, without opening the box, asked the Godrej Technician to install the same when the box got opened the door is completely different design, the technician left saying he will update his company on the same, now all the follow ups happened as literally fed up and stopped calling these people, one fine day i.e. on ist week of Jun'16 received call from Croma confirming that if Godrej has not turned up, they will take the responsibility to replace the product, however till date there is no further update from both the Giant companies of India


Guys I would request all just to avoid these companies for any kind of product purchases.


They received their money, what ever customer may suffer, even I posted comments in Facebook & Twitter, they are least bothered.

Gift Voucher of 5k while billing they ran into network issue. I lost my voucher. They just don't care. Made me wait till almost store closed.


And say the voucher already used. Customer care clarified about the network issue. But store manager was more of an ahol. My suggestion don't get gift cards from Croma. And better just stay away from them.

Pathetic(is a very lighter adjective to describe) after sales service.been more than 8 days and no person has turned up for AC installation, promise was to get it installed within 48 hours.i receive calls daily from customer care whether the task is done.does the customer care people and technical people not in sync? I completely regret why I bought Panasonic product from Croma.


if you cannot handle the customer requests, you should just shut down the store.

I purchased air cooled last Friday 15 the April 2016, On Saturday 16th April 2016, observed water leakage. On Sunday 17th April 2016 I registered complaint via BOS170416FS00007. Got complain acknowldgement from Mccoy also with referance no:KAR164170553. Till today no response from either croma or Mccoy. Upon calling croma customer care for 4 days 20, 21 22 & 23 April getting same response saying "It will be done by end of today"


No response from Mccoy customer care


Very bad service.

The problem is with AC or service is not understood. I registered complain since 8th April till date I have registered a second complain on the same issue and Croma service center has not taken any interest in resolving the issue.


'Every time I call they speak like sugar candies and say we will send a technician in a day or two.


I am Expecting at least the technician comes before the beginning of Winter


the problem is AC not working and summer is going to finish and still they are trying to send a technician.


Dear Fellow Indians please don't ever think of buying anything from CROMA as they hardly care after sales.

I have purchased a Nokia lumia portable from Croma Indiranagar, Bangalore. Before setting off to the store I had checked with their client think about the cost of the item. In any case, when I go to store and the cost was more than what I got notification from the client care. Indeed, even the cost was 15% more than the present business sector cost of online stores or dependence advanced.


I went to Croma as I am having some croma blessing coupons with me, after I purchased the portable I came to know there is no supply of versatile frill suit for my versatile(scratch protect, pocket, memory card and so on) and all that much baffled with this as again I needed to meander around different stores to purchase embellishments.


I have seen that the memory card of 4GB are offering in croma of the same cost starting 8BG offering outside merchants. My involvement with the croma is terrible and I think they are great in home/kitchen products and at any rate not in the electronic things such as portable, camera and so on. There is no focused valuing and less scope of items are accessible in the store, and most items are out of stock, so better go for different stores before going here.

Croma is charging a heavy premium for the shopping mall. That's why most of the electronic product's are more costlier than other small electronic store. The service is one of the worst. Many of the representative even do not know about the product which is displayed.


I observed the same when I had gone to Croma for buying the refrigerator. The item was around 3K Costlier compared to the same model in Vijay Sales. Moreover Vijay Sales was offering one small bedroom side refrigerator free.


The other thing is the after sales service which is not all good. They tell that they shall be the focal point for any complaints for the item. But after buying the product they simply will give you the company number to follow up with.

This is a good and excellent electronis showroom in bangalore 100ft road ashokapillar bangalore. their are various showroom min bangalore among them this is one in asopka pillar jayanagar. here several electronics such as dvd players, tv sony psp, ps4, x box etc are available here . they give bill for every product . here I have purchased a flat samsung tv before 4months.


They delivered to my house at a free of cost. rate is also reasonable . and one thing I want to tell that here several offers is given during festivals season . special emi is also offered . if we submit the application for emi they will approve the loan with in 15minutes from the time of submitting the documents. here service is also good .boys here will come near to the customers and they will explain the true features mof the product . from this we can justify the product we purchase . over all this is good display  and selling of electronics items of branded type if any one wants to purchase the electronics items please purchase here.

Never BUY Croma LED TV's. I got 40 inch LED TV two and half years back at Croma Store and now all of a sudden I am seeing blurred line on the display. Called Croma Customer care and a Technical person called me up and said it will take 30, 000 Rs to fix the display.


Logically speaking I can get a new 42 inch LG LED TV for Rs.40, 000 @Amazon with warranty. Croma electrical products are such a BIG waste.

CROMA in Bangalore’s Mantri Mall(Malleswaram) which has been recently opened has the worst of its kind Customer Service Desk. Things are very “mushy” during your purchase, but after that, you need to chase them like “Hell” to get your after sales service done.


I recently bought a “Croma Tablet” from them and was due to get a Tablet Kit worth Rs: 1099/= complimentary with it as a “Make My Wish” Offer. But after reminder of around  6 times and their promise of delivering it around 3 times FAILED, as neither they delivered nor bother to inform the customer about its whereabouts.


And to make the matter worse the Store Manager Manjunatha provided me with a hoax phone number which never responds. The sales staff Arvind went a step forward and responded with “do whatever you want and complain to whoever you want” attitude. And the Customer Service lady Shweta is all smiles but no work.


Electronic goods can be purchased from anywhere, but what matters most is the after sales services and updates in which Croma Stores, especially, Bangalore’s Mantri Mall Branch fails miserably.


Whatever happened with me is enough to teach you all a lesson of ignoring that particular store for your betterment.

Service is very poor. I had purchased Samsung LED TV 40 inches from Croma, Marathalli. This has inbuilt Airtel setup box. The inbuilt setup box has manufacturing defect. We complained to Croma.


They told that Engineer will visit to your house within 1 day or 2 day. We follow up them daily or alternate day. But always cancel the complain by their self . We need to register complain again and again after each 2-3 days. This is now more than 20 days after buying the tv. But it is not installed till now. Very Poor service. It's better to buy from some where else from where you can get better service. Please avoid shopping from here.


Better Buy LG/Samsung products.

I own a Croma washing machine and still in warranty period. Almost 2 months back I had raised a complaint for the washing machine not working any more and a technician has visited my place to check the same. He updated us that some part has to be replaced in the washing machine and is not available with them currently. I was asked to wait for sometime until the spare part is available.


Its been almost two month now when I called the customer care to check on the status. I was updated that the request was closed on 29th September.


Seriously! I was never updated about this. Worst is the customer care as they cant do anything about it. Really feel helpless cant do anything about it.


I realize my mistake of buying a Product from Croma . In the same price I was getting a LG/Samsung washing machine but the way the well trained representative at Croma store convinced me I was easily fooled.


Now I realize why it is always a wise decision to go with good brands. At least they have easy availability of the spare parts and a far far better service and customer satisfaction.


Now I have to live with my Croma product and cant do anything about it. The only option I have is to try selling this washing machine once its repaired.
