Creative Networks. One of the worst company that I have seen in my life.

This company is basically a call center, they have tie up with Standard charted bank credit card dept.

Joining conditions:

once u selected u will have to deposit your marks card for six months else need to pay ₹6000 as a depositary which will be refund once u complete 6 months, otherwise this amount will be write off.

The manager is Shivu one of the psycho fellow.

If u come 10 min late u will be fined ₹50

If u take one day leave, you will be deducted ₹1000 salary from your pocket.

The salary would be ₹6000 during training for 2 months then 8000.

The conditions continues: you will have to sell 60 credit cards per month so that you will be getting salary+commission if no its difficult to get salary there.

There is a HR manager(forgot her name) is worst.

If you join the company I damn sure u will not be completing 2 months. Bcz of the worst environment and behavior.

Its. Completely politics of Tamilian manager.

Please do not try!

I have worked for this company. The company has by all means supported my growth personally as well as financially. Shivakumar(owner of the company) is no doubt strict as far as it is concerned with getting works done.

He is the most friendly, supportive and helpful boss; a kind hearted identity, which is rarely found these days. I have never felt like there is no work-life balance here.

We have had a lot of fun here along with work. They had also organized team outings, team lunch and made us involve in fun games etc., to refresh our mind.

I still recall my days here to be one of those which supported my future progress. And I haven't faced any difficulty during my relieving as well.

Thought its the time to share my disgusting & nasty experience with Creative Networks BPO situated in langford road Bangalore. Got a call from a lady who claim she is from creative networks HR(but later found that she was from another consultancy) and I was invited for walk in for interview for the position of backend voice support.

There was no email for the interview invite but still I walked in for the interview. Interview was fair easy and like an eye wash. Some basic test in english. Then I was told that I will get a call after the evaluation of interview results. Same day, they called me and said I am shortlisted and selected. I was told to come tomorrow to collect offer letter.

Next day I went to collect offer letter, I was shocked, They demanded me to pay money(Rs 1000). I asked why? they said its for the expenses for documentation charges for bond. Bond? I asked why bond? they said its the company policy to have bond with the employees - the bond is for 6 months. during which if we decide to resign, we will need to pay Rs 10000.

As some other review quoted the same incident, I politely asked will you give the copy of bond and also a receipt that you have received Rs 1000 from me. The HR lady said "NO we dont give that and its our company policy". What the hell? They ask money but not provide a receipt/voucher. Truly illegal. Also I asked "OK mam, if I pay you the money, will I get the copy of the bond that I can carry with me". She said "NO" we cant provide. You will have to read it here and if you are agreed - then sign it up and give it back immediately"

I worked in few call centers in Bangalore, most of them dont have such bonds and doesnt collect any money from people. I dont know how this company does exist in business by doing this unethical things.

HR lady was smart enough to convince me to pay me money Rs 1000 saying I should know the value of money and job. Come on.! its my own money who the hell are you to teach me a lesson by getting money from me to teach "money is valuable".

I simply neglected to Join .

I spoke to few girls out there and it seems like 6 working days and fridays it is mandatory to come in Jeans with Tshirt. Since I am from orthodox family and I personally dont like such mandatory dress codes. But how come a BPO company who is not customer facing force the employees to come in specific dress code . I asked if there is any exclusions. If you dont follow you will have to pay penalty it seems.

Also I saw the offer letter from one girl who came there like me. Offer letter was really a crap. It didnt have any salary breakup such basic, DA, PF and how much is variable and etc. It says the breakup will be provided after 15 days of training. It also claims that the training period is not payable. WHen the training period is not payable, then why the hell we need to signup a bond.

Please beware guys/girls from spoiling your career by joining this utter waste company.

Its a no 1 fraud company. I never ever seen company like this. there is no interview process. they were showcasing like two rounds for that they will ask you to come for two days.

Once you attend the two days of interview, the next day they will call you to come for to get the offer letter and then you need to sign bond for ONE YEAR.

They will see only your presence at interview . No rejection in interview process for all candidates.

I m assure that whomever attending interview in that company, definitely they will get select.

When you are getting offer letter that time You have to pay 1000 rupees.They will say that 1000 for document expenditure. But its not true. No other call center Companies collecting money from employee.

My personal advise to all anybody having idea to attend the interview in this company. Please read all reviews about this company, after that decide whether you can go or not.

This is a real worse experience, I had with this company. Its not a fake.

The worst company ever. You cannot imagine a company worse than this. It's run by a dumbfuk called shivakumar. He thinks he owns everybody that works there and treats them as if they are slaves.

No day passes by without at least one girl shedding tears because of his mental harassments.

Let me introduce the company little well.

Its located right next to St. Josephs college on Langford Roade. No name boards have been put up.

They are a call centre basically, working for citi bank, standard charted and hdfc bank. Whenever u get a call mentioning "hello Mr.X, I am calling from citibank/hdfc bank and u have been chosen as one among five hundred high profile clients etc that's them.

Fooling you into buying the credit card. Let me remind you that they call thousands of people everyday saying the same thing. YOU'VE BEEN SPAMMED.When you join the company, you will be put into the hands of a trainer who manipulates you  into thinking that this is the best company n sh!t like that.

They take your original marks card, and advance money from the candidates hand in exchange for the post.

Once you start the work, its hell from day one.

He starts screaming at you, yelling foul language etc.

While working, you are not supposed to even turn to the person next to you, If you do so, you get a penalty. Yes a PENALTY. He deducts that from the salary.

If u do not shave, YOU GET A PENALTY

if you talk,  YOU GET A PENALTY

if you come a minute late, YOU GET A PENALTY

if are longer in toilet, YOU GET A PENALTY

if your talk time is low, YOU GET A PENALTY plus foul language shouting from shivakumar.

He has some chamchas in the office, who lick his as$ thinking he is some god and this is some big mnc sh!t company.

He literally has one cctv camera for every four person working there.

He deducts pf amount from salary but wont give you pf number or any proof that the money is been sent to your pf account.

If you take leave you will be given 2000 Rs penalty.

If you are working there, forget about your personal life, coz you wont have any leaves.

He didn't give leave for election. Most of the employees hasn't voted.

No government holidays, forget diwali, forget everything.

Recently he started a online education centre for teaching in website.

The software team was once pretty big but because of his torture now only three of them work there. I don't know how or why.

Also I've heard there has been many cases on the company.

Labour department should raid this company and interview every employee and take their response and take action against the inhuman proprietor and HR.

It is the worst company to work for in INDIA. Creative Networks Langford road is the worst company to work for in India.
