As we all know the current situation of the Engineers in India. The quantity of engineers in India is huge but quality engineers are very less in numbers. Because Engineering colleges are providing the knowledge that is required to be tought during the engineering course. Thus due to the lack of knowledge about the specific, students are not able to secure a good job in this conprtitive market. Employers require students who are good in technical and logical, but this are tought to them during their course. Hence the employers are also not able to find a perfect employee for any position. There is huge gap created between employers requirement and students knowledge.

I worked CRB Tech Solution Pvt Ltd in the year of 2016.I was promised 10k salary at the time of interview but the reality is haunting they keep on deducting my allowance.My working hour was only 9 hour but always they extend their timing.Very worst environment no support at agent level.The job security is very low.I highly recommend not to work in such company.There is no salary growth I have worked more than 2 year I haven't got any increment.I am very happy to quite the job.They doesn't provide any paid leave even.The CEO has no control over the floor or he was being total ignorant.Friends don't waste your time in such companies.So I suggest everyone not to join this company.

My journey with CRB Tech is really awesome.

I came to know about CRB when I was in Delhi and Mr. Pravin Chauhan(my counselor) called me and told me about CRB and the placement they provide for the candidates. Then I came to Pune for the first time and visited CRB, then they took an entrance test which is mandatory for all. Then they told me about the whole process, at initial stage of my training, I had feeling that the training amount is too much. But after going through training period I felt that its worth it and best part is they arrange a trainer to teach you new language i.e. German.

During training we have good trainers who help us and sort out our problems either regarding to training or related to personal life. Mr. Kaustub Dini(soft skill trainer) a perfect trainer as well as a perfect person I have ever met. His sessions were really helpful. Everyday its like understanding a new aspect of human being, he always ready to help the candidates.

Mr. Sumant Tiwari(Aptitude trainer) really nice person their sessions are also very interactive and I learned new things which helped me in my interviews.

Mr. Prashant sir and Kailash Sir. are really good in technical. They have good knowledge about the technical and their sessions are also very effective and I learned so many things in technical and helped me clear all my doubts in technical aspects.

And last but not least our placement team. Mrs. Shubhangi mam, Arti mam, and others also(sorry not remember the name) they all very helpful in our placement scheduling our interviews, clear all doubts about it, make us ready for interviews

Now, I am feeling like its really nice to be a part of CRB-Tech.

CRB tech is the very good placement agency and training center. I have worked there for a very few month but having a very good experience with CRB tech. The staff is very cooperative and and help e in every part of my training. The work, environment and people I work with are all so amazing.

I am Rupali. I had joined April 2016 batch for clinical research domain . CRB gave me deep knowledge about clinical research also they arrange English speaking, soft skills  & German language classes . In my clinical research class sir taught me clinical trial, PV, CDM, TMF, E-TMF, all guidelines related to clinical research. In English speaking classes ma'am teach me how to improve English communication this helped me in my interview. In soft skills class ma'am gave me all knowledge about soft skills e.g.  how to interact in interview, body language, how to show the positive points &  how to hide negative points, stress management etc. CRB gave me additional German language knowledge. This was all helpful for me in my interview.
